Taking down chowkats and shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4Sqm each complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters exc 1.0 sqm but n. exc 2 Sqm each complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Dismantalling of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceedings 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Dismantalling of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any thickness and description on brick/ concrete/ stone wall/ ceilings, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm nominal size, crushed and graded stone aggregate) as in hardstanding/flooring, finished the surface fair and even complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate in coping, hold fasts or of similar items including necessary cutting, form work etc.cement complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with old size sub-class 'B' bricks, class designation 75, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M & L for half brick work with old size sub-class 'B' bricks, class designation 75, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete in all respect as specifified and directed.
