Disconnecting LT cables of various sizes from electric motor of different capacities and decoupling from the any type pumping sets , removing and taking down carefully and transporting to authorised workshop for rewinding strip opening and dismantling complete rotor and stator assemby , cutting ;and taking out old burnt / sludge or salt embossed copper winding from the stator assembly and cleaning the slots of stator with carbon tetra chloride solution .Material and labour for rewinding complete stator assembly with and including super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge machine with existing .Applying the minimum two coats of insulation varnish and keeping the stator assembly in heating chamber to improve for insulation value. Assemblyling the motor , transporting to site of worik, coupled with the pumping sets allingments properly , connecting the LT cables and testing and commissioning complete of the following capacity of Electric Motors

Supply , fixing, testing in repairs of JEF ECO SAFE Maintenance Free Grounding Solution set comprising of High tensile low carbon steel rod of 3 Mts length & 25 mm dia with 250 micron ( averaSchneider ) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface to confirm with requirements of UL467 along with Back-fill compound strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. JEF Powerfill Loresco compound shall be supplied in 50 Pound Bag. ( 1 Bag of 50 Pounds required per earthing set). Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. A suitable earth terminaton clamp should also be supplied along with the set alongwith earth pit weatherproof incl all as specified . Note : Back-fill compund shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole.
