Fabrication ,Providing and fitting of aluminium bus bars arrangement for 3-Nos outgoing feeders of L.T panel ,the bus bar shall be of size 80mmx10mm connecting all the 3-phases of Panel/ ougoing feeders (3nos) to respective Stabilzers and starters inside the pump house ,all the three circuits of the bus bars shall have to be carried along the wall of the pump house with the help of angle iron brakets of suitable size as below. All bus bars shall be provided with insulated fingers and insulating sleeves at all exposed ends, joints, openings, and holding locations to ensure complete electrical safety and compliance with applicable standards. The ends of the bus bars shall be drilled to accurate holes as per the requirement. The bus bars shall have to be fitted as per the site requirement including fabrication of teminals and shall be provided with busbar sleeves in (Red,Yellow and Blue colours) for their proper insulations as well as bending of the bus bars as per the site requirement by using gas torch which further includes providing and fitting of all sorts of the screws, nuts etc. The job also includes providing and fitting of baklite sheets/strips at the place of resting on brackets.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of brackets for holding and supporting bus bars fabricted out of ISA 35x35x5 of size (2 x 2 feet x 2.5 ft diagonal/cross) fitted with all mountings/accessories as mentioned . The brackets shall be fitted on the wall properly/firmly. The job includes applying a primer coat.

Providing and fitting of single core unarmoured ,XLPE Aluminium Cable of 630sq-mm size for internal connection of electrical gadgets from stabilizers to starters to motors. The cable shall be provided and fitted with suitable size aluminium thimbles /lugs ,to its terminal duly crimpled with hydraulic crimpling tool the job includs providing and fitting of other fitting material like copper terminal bus bar , nuts,bolts and washeers.

Providing, fitting and testing of 165AH tubular lead acid battery of reputed make along with 1100W inverter/UPS device (Luminous/Genius/Lev Guard/Exide/Amaron ) for charging and supply. The job includes all fitting, wiring for complete circuiting, connecting and installation of above inverter battery and providing four number lightening points with control switches and two number charging point including wiring, pvc conduit/chanel etc. The Job also includes providing and fitting of 4 no 10W LEDS.

Providing and fitting of Cleats to exisiting joints. The cleats shall be made out of 45x45x5mm angled iron of each 6 inch in length. Three number of cleats shall be fitted per joint for strengthening of joints.

Fabrication, providing, fitting and installation at site of 400mm diameter Mild steel expansion joints to be fitted to the rising main pipe line. The job comprises of following specifications, fabrication details and involvement of material etc. The expansion joint shall have to be fabricated out of Mild steel plate of 12mm thickness dully rolled in perfect circular formation and shall consists of:- I. Female pipe piece. II. Male pipe piece. III. Gland. IV. Flanges. I. Female pipe piece:- Female pipe piece shall be fabricated out of Mild steel plate having thickness 12mm and diameter as 400mm, 425mm and 450mm. the length of each pipe piece shall be 150mm duly welded with each other. The 425mm dia central piece shall be duly turned and finished to proper size to accommodate the male piece with its easy movement to and fro during expansion and contraction. The female pipe piece shall be welded with M.S flange on both sides, i,e 400mm and 450mm. II. Male Pipe Piece:- The male pipe piece shall be fabricated out of 12mm thick Mild steel plate duly rolled in perfect circular formation having length 550mm The male pipe piece shall be turned to accurate size on lathe machine to give easy movement during operation. III. .Gland:- The gland shall be fabricated out of 12mm thick Mild steel plate having length 150mm duly turned to move over the male piece to make the packing material tight to avoid leakage. The gland shall be flanged on one side for lifting of the gland during operation. The job includes painting with one coat of steel primer the job also includes providing and fitting of nuts and bolts etc IV: Mild steel flanges for Male/female/Gland and Matting Flanges having the following specifications:- a.Inner dia of flange ...400mm b.Number of holes on flange ....16 Nos. c.Thickness of flange.....32 mm.

Providing & filling of 33KV Transformer oil conforming to latest IS Standards to Transformer (Preferred make: Servo/power oil/indian oil/true oil etc)
