Fabrication of universal joints for floating pumps, repairing of NRV/Foot valve/ Sluice valves of different sizes , bends and strainers for Monsoon 2026 at Block-B project.

Cutting of flange by 28mm  or appropriate size MS plate and machining of the same making hole 18mm dia and welding with 10” dia MS pipe complete with nut bolt and washer 3/4” to the delivery line.(Complete tools and tackle arrangement  and Welding & cutting arrangement is to be provided by contractor & The complete job will be executed at contractor's Premises)

Dismantling and repairing of 8", 10",12" dia NRV/Foot valve, Sluice valve ,repair of damaged flap gate ,chuck nut, U clamp,bush pin etc including welding ,cutting ,machining ,replacement of nut bolts,gaskets and painting etc(complete tools tackles arrangement provided by contractor ,36 numbers of 5/8 x 4" MS nut bolts required for assembling of one number of NRV/Sluice valve and bypass valve  of required size is to be provided by contractor )

Dismantling and repairing of 3"/4"/6" dia NRV/Foot valve, Sluice valve ,repair of damaged flap gate ,chuck nut, U clamp,bush pin etc including welding ,cutting ,machining ,replacement of nut bolts,gaskets and painting etc(complete tools tackles arrangement provided by contractor ,20 numbers of 5/8 x 4" MS nut bolts required for assembling of one number of NRV/Sluice valve and bypass valve  of required size is to be provided by contractor )

Fabrication/repairing of 8"/10"/12" diameter bends  at required angle with flange welded at both ends (flange will be made by the contractor itself,only MS pipe will be provided by the department ,Complete tools and tackle arrangement  and Welding & cutting arrangement is to be provided by contractor including supply of welding rods  of required size as per requirement)(24 numbers of 5/8 x 4" or 5" or 3/4 x 6" MS nut bolts required for fabrication /repairing of one number of bend will be provided by contractor including supply of rubber packing of appropriate size)

Fabrication/repairing of 8"/10"/12" diameter strainer (only MS pipe will be provided by the department ,Complete tools and tackle arrangement  and Welding & cutting arrangement is to be provided by contractor including supply of welding rods  of required size as per requirement)(24 numbers of 5/8 x 4" or 5" or 3/4 x 6" MS nut bolts required for fabrication /repairing of one number of  strainer will be provided by contractor including supply of rubber packing of appropriate size)
