Proof of experience in the relevant field minimum 5 years compulsory

GST Registration Certificate along with GST Clearance Certificate / GSTR-3B for the last three financial years

Details of supplies made during the last 5 years to National/State Government Institutions and other reputed institutions

Acceptance Letter agreeing to abide by all terms and conditions of the Tender, executed on Rs.100/- Bond Paper

List of full particulars, available sources and current prices of spare parts, special tools and other items required for proper and continuous functioning of the equipment for 3 years warranty and 5 years CMC after the warranty period

Manufacturers Authorization / Authorized Dealer Certificate where the Tenderer is offering equipment not manufactured or produced by the Tenderer

Average Annual Turnover for FY 2022 23, 2023 24 and 2024 25 not less than the Tendered Value, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant with seal, signature and UDIN Number. Certificates without UDIN will be treated as disqualified

Income Tax Returns, Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account 2022 23, 2023 24 & 2024 25

Certificate of Incorporation / Firm Registration Certificate / Valid Trade License
