Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor (unreinforced) of any description not other specifically provided for etc and removal of debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concret (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition ) as in roofs, floors ( other than ground floors) , beams , staircases, landing , chajjas and similar suspended work, all as specified.

Providing cement concrete in fdn filling and mass concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate).

M&L walling of RR masoanry, uncooursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto- of item No 5 but except stone .

Brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar 1:6, all as specified .

M&L for providing pre-cast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in CM 1:4 complete with joints to match all as specified and as directed

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face stones and dressing of face beds and joints , as specified , of random rubble walling , uncoursed or brought upto courses, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40 mm, Lime or Sand stone, all as specified .

M&L for raised pointing to Random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto course in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel drains complete all as specified

M&L extra over forming fair finished drains or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified

M & L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs supported in walls beams and pillars complete all as specified and diercted.

Form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams beam , lintels, cantilevers, shelves etc with rough finished.

S&F TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking bending, spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.

Demolition of Trelis work ( louvers, Jafri and jallies) complete all as specified

S & F Providing precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm Graded aggregate) louvers and jallies 25mm thick (measured solid )including all mould-ingd but exculuding frame( pre cast frame shall be measured separately . Set in CM 1:4

Broken glass coping on top of wall using glass per sqm with cement mortar 1:3 of layer 50 mm thick complete all as specified

Taking down cement plaster or any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete/ stone surfaces including finishing plaster surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete/ Stone surface including finishing plaster surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonary surface or surface other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified

Preparation of Old plastered wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, path etc laid in alternate bays not exc 3 m in length, and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Dismantling CGI or PGI sheet of any gauge and thickness or any pattern roof covering.

S & F 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugatted sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with screw and washer, L-type or J-type cranked hooks in roof an wall etc.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick , set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors etc and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, laid in panels as in path, hard standing, incl finised even and smooth w/o using extra cement, 100mm thick, all as specified .

Removing of any type of soil n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.
