Filling in foundation and basement with Quarry dust in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick wel watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification including the cost of supplying M-Sand etc., complete in a respects as directed by the departmental officers

Filling in foundation and basement with M.sand in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification including the cost of supplying sand etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, RMC M 30 Grade in accordance using 20mm with IS:456-2000, and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3'3 cu'm') 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu'm') 7670 kg' of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying fabricating and placing the following kinds of steel grills for reinforcement Fe 500D Grade steel reinforncment bars as per IS 786:1979 for all reinforced cement concrete works such as plinth beam, lintels, beams, sunshade, roof and floor slabs etc., including cost of steel and fabricating the reinforcement grills in position etc., complete in all floors (The rate to include the cost of binding wire steel also)

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one of cement, four of M-sand and eight of hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard broken stone for foundation inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing, etc complete as directed by the departmental officers

Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of M-sand) using Fly ash bricks of size 23 x 11 x7cm for Foundation and Basement in the following floors including fixing the frames of doors and windows scaffolding, proper settting curing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work as plinth beam, raft beam, raft slab, grade beam etc., including shuttering, 3.00mm high using MS sheet of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 (One of cement and six of M sand) using Fly Ash bricks of size not less than 23cm×11cm×7cm for super structure in the following floors including fixing the frames of doors and windows, scaffolding, proper setting curing etc, complete in all respects.

Brick Partition wall 11cm thick in cement mortar 1:5 (one of cement and five of Msand) using Fly ash bricks of size 23CMx11Cmx7CM including fixing the frames of doors and windows, scaffolding and proper setting, curing, finishing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering the walls with cement mortar 1:5,(One of cement and five of Psand) 12mm thick including providing band cornice curing etc., Complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing of Oriya type of water closet 45cm size with 'P' or 'S' Trap (White glazed Earthern ware of best approved) including concrete packing filling the portion with filling sand, flooring the same area with 7.5cm thick brickjelly lime concrete in 32:12 1/2 (Thirty two of broken brick jelly and twelve and half of lime) (No sand) using 20mm size brick jelly and plastering the surface with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement and four of sand) 12mm thick with anti-syphonage connection etc., complete in all repects. (IN GROUND FLOOR)

Supplying and fixing of Oriya type water closet 45cm with 'P' or 'S' trap (White glazed) earthern ware best (IN ALL FLOORS OTHER THAN GROUND FLOOR) including concrete packing fixing filling the sink portion with stone jelly lime concrete 32:12 1/2 (Thirty two parts of broken stone jelly and twelve and half of lime (no sand) using 20mm size broken stone jelly and plastering the top of flooring with cement mortor 1:4 (one of cement and four of sand) 12mm thick including plastering the sides of sink portion in cement mortor 1:3 (One of cement and three of sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound 4 lbs/cft in cement applying one coat of britex solution including curing for the sides and bottom of the sink portion, curing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Flooring with vitrified tiles of approved quality, colour and design of size 600mm x 600mm x 8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one of cement three of M-sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement @ 0.40 kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing the walls with colour glazed design tiles of minimum size 15cm x 15cm x 6mm laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of M-sand), 10mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.40kg/m2 including finishing the joint and pointing flush with tile surface etc., complete in all respects in all respects as directed by the departmental officer

Flooring with ceramic tiles of approved quality, colour and design anti skid type joint free of minimum size 305mm x 305mm x 6mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one of cement three of M-sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement @ 0.40 kg/m2 laid without any air gp in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specification etc., complete in all respects in all respects as directed by the departmental officer

Plastering with CM 1:4 (One of cement and four of P-sand) 20mm thick including providing band cornice, curing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the Top of roof with Solar refelective ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., including cleaning the joint to be free from dust and loose particles. Providing masking tape on either side of the tile joint edges and providing sealing the tile gap with epoxy tile joint grout and finishing neatly complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Special ceiling plastering for all RCC works in cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of P-sand) 10mm thick including hacking the RCC surface, providing necessary water band using the same mix of mortar wherever necessary proper finishing, curing, scaffolding etc., complete with relevant standard specification in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of aluminium natural colour matt finish double leaf door half glazed and half PLB board using 12 mm thick PLB board and 5.5 mm thick glazed door using rectangular Aluminium box section of size (Frame : Section - 101.60 x 44.45 x 3.18 mm @ 2.399 Kg/m, Shutter : Top, Middle, Vertical style- 50 x 44.45 x 2.5mm @ 1.292 Kg/m, Bottom - 100 x 44.45 x2.5mm @ 1.974 Kg/m) with necessary accessories such as rubber beading, aluminium clips, best double action Floor spring, handle on both sides, locks,Tower bolt and glass including all materials labour and power consumption charges required for fabrication if necessary chipping dismantling making necessary holes in RCC Coloums, Beams or Masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the,original conditions after fixing etc.complete. The Alumi. surface must be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with IS specification 1868 / 1962 of Anodic film thickness of not less than 15 Microns (Fifteen) for all sections.All the materials should be got approved by the Site Engineer before fixing as directed.

Supplying and fixing the UPVC (Un-Plasticized polyvinyl chloride) louvered ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free,the profile are multi chambered sections with wall sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the walll with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing alround the frames etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers (All floors). The ventilator should be got approved from the departmental officer before use on work, etc., complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officer.

Suplying and fixing UPVC (Un - Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride ) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58 mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/ 1 mm 125 GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all edges of frame and shutter the shuttter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned .Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action ,security protective hinges ,strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss.The connecting mechanism netween sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window . The window should be fixed be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames .The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Supplying and fixing of factory made PVC rigid panel door with frame made from MS tubes of 19 gauge size of 19mm x 19mm and covered with heat moulded PVC channel of 5mm thick and width of 50mm to form styles and rails. The inner panel should be inserted between the frame with 6mm thick PVC rigid foam sheet welded/sealed to the styles and rails along with 5mmx25mm PVC beading on all and either sides. The vertical tube may be filled with suitable materials to further enhance the screw holding capacity etc., complete in all respects and colour as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying of Door Frame of overall size 910mmX2130mm with required dimensions of size-100mmX75mm, with groove of size - 30mmX20mm for resting the door shutter & chamfer finish at front using CRCA pressed steel box section 18 gauge or 1.25mm thick for door frames including providing holes and fixing wooden blocks for fixing fixtures and fittings and 4 nos of hold fast using the iron angle of 15cm length with split endsone coat of redoxide primer, Fabrication and supply of 35mm thick solid core flush door with teakply on one side and commericial ply on other side with teak wood liping alround with iron oxidised hinges, tower bolts 12"2 nos with receiver, Aldrop 30cm and handle 1 no for door of size 0.91mX2.13m

Providing iron grills for closing the balcony grills, window, ventilator using square rods as including one coat of red oxide primer cutting ,welding,labour for fixing etc., complete in all respects in all respects as directed by the departmental officer

Whitewashing two coats using clean shell lime including the cost of lime gum brush etc.,Complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Painting the walls with two coats of approved cement paint over one coat of primaring coat of cement paint including the cost of paint, brush, scaffolding etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting one coat with ready mixed synthetic enamelpaint (I class) of approved quality and colour,one coats for new iron works etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Supply and run off 4 of 4 sqmm PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100 V grade with ISI mark confirming to IS:694/1990 with continious earth connection by means of 1.50 conductor cable confirming to IS:694/1990 in suitable PVC rigid pipe 1.8mm thick concealed in wall for mains including the cost of PVC pipes and specials, cables, cement, brass screws, T.W plugs, saddles and labour etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departemental officers.
