SCH 'A' PART-I

Demolition of pavement quality concrete (PQC) of rigid pavements with diamond cutter, breaker, in strips nexc 100 mm width and 375 mm thickness (below or above ground level), by mechanical means without disturbing the existing slabs including removing demolished materials to a distance exc 1.5 KM but n.exc 5.0 KM and depositing where directed, complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for Forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1/4th the thickness of the slab widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS- 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) OF +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Cutting of construction joints 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide by early entry saw cut using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil , vegetation and other debris Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Material & Labour for Forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of POC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter appropriate size. straight and smooth edges. Join cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil , vegetation and other debris. The join then filled with pre-moulded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS- 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacture complete as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone of gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand of crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 400 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted including curing and tining complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 150 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPa Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid including spreading and compacted, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm tack coarse and cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- No additional amount to be paid for overlap.

Material & Labour for 10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium Submain wiring from batten /conduit from DBs, MCBs, etc) and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying cable PVC insulated multicore FRLS-H PVC sheathed multistranded cable with bright annealed, electric copper conductor for voltage grade power cables (heavy duty 1100 Volts grade with stranded copper conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 Core In steel conduit complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two run of single core pvc insulated unsheathed FRLS-H copper conductor 1100 volt grade multistranded of size 2.5 Sqmm and drawn through and including In steel concealed conduit and conduit accessories of 25 mm external dia and conduit accessories of ISI marks medium grade including one run of 2.5 Sqmm copper wire for earth continuity wire and connected of common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note:- One run of conduit and three run of single core 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor is measured as one unit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6, 25A, 250V, 2P+earth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair flameproof highbay light 200 Watt 230 V AC with PDC housing elliptical shaped LED highbay luminaire with PC diffuser & efficiency > 100 lm/Watt, equipped with 4KV in built surge protection IP 65 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LM-6 12 Way Flameproof MCB Distribution Board, Dimension: 380x380x240 mm, IP Rating: IP65 & IP 66 protection with 200 amps rated bus bar, double door for MCBs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, MCBs, SP, 240 Volts, 5-40 Amps, B curve, 10 kA in flameproof DBs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, MCBs, SPN, 240 Volts, 63 Amps, B curve, 10 kA in flameproof DBs complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-III

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings including steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out soft/loose soil for foundation and getting out for laying of pipes/cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer, after laying of pipe / cable in complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to under ground Cable (15 cm thick before laying and 8cm thick after laying the cable) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned down thickness shall be considered for measurement.

Materials and labour for brick work with Sub Class 'B' bricks well burnt laid breadth wise along the length or cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement 50 mm GI Pipe, light grade, ISI marked confirming to IS1239, with fittings laid in floor/fixed along with poles/walls/Road crossing/floor crossing for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MCCB, 4 Pole, 63 Amps, with breaking capacity 16 KA, Thermal magnetic trip Unit, fixed thermal Fixed magnetic (FTFM), Ics=100% Icu, AC 415 volt, 50 HZ including connecting wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate electrode at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level and including GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end and connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other end, earth strip encased in and including 50 mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from top of earth plate electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers and including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from Bottom of concrete pit to top of earth plate electrode complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. The scope of work includes necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal of soil upto 50 metre, PCC pit with precast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel, CI frame etc including taking down old unsv earthing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES:- (i)The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I shall be provided. Reinforcement in RCC cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. Any variation in length shall be measured and paid through deviation order. (iii) Item includes cost of 7.5 metre earth strips. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) Earth plate electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides.

S&F for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required of size 32x6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed.
