Hire charges of vehicle for going to each site for taking water level and collection of water sample. Calculation of total distance covered for 4 times in a year : (a) For Burdwan I & II, Memari- I & II, Bhatar, Raina- I & II , Khandaghosh, Jamalpur, Ausgram-I ,Ausgram-II,Galsi-I and Galsi-II - 13 nos. Block and (b) For Kalna- I & II, Purbasthali- I & II, Katwa- I & II, Ketugram- I & II, Monteswar and Mongalkote - 10 nos. Block.

Charges for opening & refixing the top cap of the Piezometric tube including hire and labour charges for tools & plants as required all complete .

Charges for collection of water sample as per direction in double capped 'Alkhathena Bottle' of 500 ml capacity i/c supply thereof and delevery of sample bottle at office. Water sample to be collected from the P-Tubes 2 times in a year as directed by EIC.

Labour charges for measuring water level from P.Tube / Dug well / Tube well by water level indicator / sounding / tape etc. including hiring & carrying charges of tools etc.

Supplying ,fitting and fixing G.I.Pipes of Tata Make with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket,Bend, Tee,Union, Cross, Elbow, Nipple, Long screw ,Reducing Socket, Reducing Tee, Short Piece etc.fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes ,making threads ,fitting,fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of Painting with approved Paint in any position above ground. ( payment will be made on the Cntre line m,easurements of total pipe line including all specials.No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for Painting will be made separately.) (A) For exposed work (ii) 50 mm Diameter medium quality. ( For replacement of incidentally damaged raised portion of P-Tubes.)

Supplying G.I. Socket with ISI Mark (a) 50 mm Dia (For replacement of incidentally damaged socket of tubes.)

Supplying of PVC Pipes and fittings schedule 80(Medium Duty) conforming to ASTMD- 1785 and threaded to match with G.I. Pipes as per IS: 1239(Part-I) (iii) 100 mm Dia socket (For replacement of incidentally damaged socket of tubes.)

Taking photograph during water depth measurment in PHSs and collection of Water sample from sites using GPS enabled Android Mobile phone or similar other devices and the real time GPS time, Latitude/Longitude of PHS location has to be stamped on the photograph. The agency must sent the water level data in excel format alongwith above stated photographs taken to official email id of EIC within specified time as per direction of EIC. The entire report must be submited in hard copy as well as soft copy after completion of enire work to the office of the EIC.

Washing and cleaning of Glassware and assisting the Chemist during analysis for pre-monsoon and post-monsoon of samples.

Minor repairing and maintenance including calibration of existing equipments( flame photometer) including inspection charges etc.in the chemical laboratories during analysis for pre-monsoon and post-monsoon of samples.
