Annual maintenance works in 24kV Phase and Neutral side busduct: Opening of all manholes in 24 kV busduct, Cleaning of phase and neutral side busduct, Cleaning and checking of 24 kV bus and support insulators from generator bottom to generator transformer and neutral grounding cubicle. Replacing the defective insulators if necessary, Tightness checking of all bus joints. Cleaning neutral grounding transformer & neutral grounding reactor and cubicles, checking of IR values.

Charges for carrying out annual maintenance works in Excitation Transformer: Disconnection of flexible links at HV & LV side, cleaning the transformer, meggering and assisting for testing by MRT and restoration of links after completion of works.

Charges for carrying out annual maintenance works in Lightning Arrester Voltage Transformer (LAVT) cubicle.

Charges for maintenance works in HV Condenser Bushings of 3*84MVA single phase Generator Transformers and 216 kV LAS: Disconnection of HV jumper connections in Generator Transformers R, Y and B phases, support insulators, 216 kV lightning arrestors and neutral grounding CT, cleaning of HV condenser bushings, support insulators, neutral bushings, 216 kV LAS, connecting leads for MRT testing, restoring of all jumper connections and tightness checking.

Charges for maintenance works in 230 kV strung bus of 3*84MVA single phase Generator Transformer R, Y and B phases: Transportation of ladder from switch yard II, Tightness checking at the joints of jumpers from Generator Transformers, Support insulator and LAS to strung bus, checkingthe conditions of aluminium clamps and replacing if needed.

Charges for maintenance works in 3*84MVA single phase Generator Transformer R,Y and B Phases: Opening of LV turret covers in Generator transformers R,Y and B phases, disconection of flexible links in 24 kV busduct to GT LV side, cleaning the transformer, meggering, topping up of oil if needed and assisting for testing of bucholz relay, surge relay and PRV, restoration of LV side links after completion of works.

Charges for maintenance works in 6.6 kV Bus duct : Opening of all manholes in 6.6 kV busduct, Cleaning and checking of 6.6 kV Bus and support insulators from UAT to switchgear panel, checking the condition of all supporting insulators, measuring IR values of the bus after tightness checking of all bus joints, Restoring of all the manhole doors after completion of works.

Charges for maintenance works in Earth Resistors and Neutral Grounding Transformers of UAT A & B: Opening of top cover in the earth resistors, inspection and cleaning with air and brushes, Measuring the resistance value and tightness checking of the connections, Cleaning the neutral grounding transformer, topping up of oil if required, replacing the silicagel in the breather, Meggering the IR value and tightness checking of grounding earth connection.

Charges for maintenance works in Unit Auxiliary Transformers: Opening of rubber bellows in all the phases from the busduct, disconnection of flexible links in HV and LV side, cleaning the transformer, topping up of oil if required, meggaring and assist to MRT testing, bucholz and PRV testing, releasing of OTI and WTI for recalibration and refixing, restoration of HV and LV links after completion of works.

Charges for cleaning of all Generator Transformer R, Y & B phases and its radiators, UATs and its radiators with soda karam and water after completion of overhauling works.

Opening of all earth pit in Transformer Yard, cleaning the earth electrode & pit, checking the joints and earthing rod if necessary, Closing the cover after completion of work.
