Dewatering from the existing Static Water Tank upto 25000 litres capacity and pump out the mud/sledge from the tank by cleaning the Algaes and applying a coat of Antifungal paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering from the existing Static Water Tank upto 25000 to 50000 litres capacity and pump out the mud/sledge from the tank by cleaning the Algaes and applying a coat of Antifungal paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering from the existing Static Water Tank upto 50000 to 75000 litres capacity and pump out the mud/sledge from the tank by cleaning the Algaes and applying a coat of Antifungal paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering from the existing Static Water Tank upto 75000 to 1,25,000 litres capacity and pump out the mud/sledge from the tank by cleaning the Algaes and applying a coat of Antifungal paint complete all as specified and directed.

Pumping out sewage water/sludge from the existing septic tank / soak well of any size / capacity and removal the sludge to outside tech area to a distance exc 10 KM all as directed.

Pumping out sewage water/sludge from the existing manholes of any size and removal the sludge to outside tech area to a distance of exc 10 KM all as directed.

Cleaning of sewage pipe lines up to 150mm dia by roding from manholes to manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning complete all as directed.

Removing blockage of soil/waste drain pipe of any dia & cleaning the drain pipe in between Floor/Nahani trap to first manhole/Gully trap with water all as directed and directed without damaging the sanitary fittings & other installed CI fittings etc to obtain smooth flow of sewage/sludge complete all as directed. Note:- Supervisor of contractor shall obtain complaint slip from Complaint cell in tech area before 1000 Hrs daily and feedback should be given daily after completion of job otherwise penalty of Rs. 150 each for complaint not attended shall be recovered from the contractor.

Removing blockage of soil/waste drain pipe of any dia & cleaning the drain pipe in between WC to first manholes with water all as specified and directed without damaging the sanitary fittings & other installed CI fittings etc to obtain smooth flow of sewage/sludge complete all as directed. Note:- Supervisor of contractor shall obtain complaint slip from Complaint cell in tech area before 1000 Hrs daily and feedback should be given daily after completion of job otherwise penalty of Rs. 100 each for not attended complaint shall be recovered from the contractor.

Cleaning and removing blockage/sludge or any waste materials of 250 to 600 mm bore STP NP-2 drain pipe line all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as directed.

Removal of excavated any type of soil to a distance exc 250 M but not exc 500 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe 150mm bore salt glazed stone ware/AC/RCC pipe and removal from site and deposited outside tech area where directed complete all as directed.

S & F reinforced concrete NP-2 pipe 150 mm bore ISI Marked with one collar per length of pipe all as directed.

S & F 150 mm bore (internal dia) salt glazed stone ware pipes grade A laid in trenches on concrete bed to required slope jointed complete all as specified.

M & L for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate to drain pipes 150 mm bore ( NP2) including packing under and hunching against sides of pipes with concrete after they are laid and testing complete all as directed

M & L for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate to drain pipes 150mm bore including packing under and completely surrounding pipe with concrete after they are laid and testing complete all as directed

M & L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150 dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (half round or ¾ section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate finished smooth and reforming benching as required all as directed.

Demolition of PCC block masonry built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position complete all as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks made of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate exc 10cm in width and set in CM 1:6 complete

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on stone/PCC block masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on stone walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing liquid as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position all as directed

M & L pre-cast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole covers and set in cement mortar (1:4) including form work complete all as specified.

M&L Mild steel 10mm dia and over TMT bars as in reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and benching for manholes and haunching around manholes frames including necessary form work and finishing exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 450 mm long PVC connection with two brass nuts chromium plated internally threaded and PVC washer suitable for 15 mm bore pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 100/75 mm bore (PVC / Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified.
