9.1:- Providing wood work in frame of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed etc. as directed. 9.1.1.: Second class teak wood.

9.20:- Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS 2202 (part-I) decorative type, core of block board etc. shutters. 9.20.1:-35mm thick including ISI marked stainless steel butt hinges etc.

9.119:- Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet etc. complete.

9.118.3:- 25mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762mmx25mm … etc. at appropriate places.

9.96:- Providing and fixing aluminum sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC … etc. 9.96.1:- 300x16mm

9.97:- Providing and fixing aluminum tower bolts, ISI marked anodized etc. complete. 9.97.1:- 300x10mm

9.100:- Providing and fixing aluminum handles, ISI marked, anodized (anodic Coating etc. complete. 9.100.1:- 125mm.

/13.5:- 15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 13.5.1 :- 1:4.

13.91 :- Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering etc. complete.

13.60:- Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: 13.60.1:- Two or more coats.

13.48.3 :-Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi surface paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr./ 10 sqm over an under coat etc.

13.45 :- Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade :13.45.1 :-New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr./10 sqm) over and including priming coat etc. complete.

2.6 :- Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width etc. as directed. 2.6.1 :-All kinds of soil.

11.2 :- Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12mm mud mortar, etc. clay non modular bricks.

4.20 :- Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work etc. complete as directed.4.20.1 :-All works upto plinth level: 4.20.1.1 :-Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220kg/cum.

5.22 :- Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position etc. complete as directed. 5.22.6 :-Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

5.9 :- Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for- 5.9.1 :-Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. 5.9.5 :-Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders etc.

5.1 :- Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, etc. complete- All work upto plinth level. 5.1.2 :-1:1.5:3

10.16 :- Steel work in built up tubular (round, square, or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing etc. complete.10.6.2 :-Hot finished seamless type tubes.

12.1 :- Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical /curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter etc. complete required.12.1.2 :-0.80mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

6.1 :- Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in :6.1.1. :-Cement mortar 1:4

2.27 :- Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, etc. complete.

11.5 :- 62mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 etc. complete.

13.9 :- Cement plaster 1:3 finished with a floating coat of neat cement.13.9.2 :-20mm cement plaster.

2.28 :- Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish etc. 2.28.1 :- All kinds of soil

12.45 :- Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets etc. complete. 12.45.3 :-12.5mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board.

17.3 :- Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P. flush bend etc. required. 17.3.1 :-W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid.

18.7 :- Providing and fixing Chlorinated polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain etc. complete as direction of Engineer in charge. Internal work – Exposed on wall. 18.7.5 :-40mm nominal dia pipes.

18.7.3 :- 25mm nominal dia pipes .

18.51 :- Providing and fixing C.P. brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing etc.18.51. 1:- 15mm nominal bore

18.52 :- Providing and fixing C.P. brass stop cock (concealed) of standard design and of approved make conforming to IS 8931. 18.52.1 :- 15mm nominal bore.
