M&L for preparing surfaces of existing black top surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bitumenous primer using paving bitumen VG-30 at the rate of 05 kg / 10 sqm over WBM surfaces and M&L for premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi Dence Concrete using 5.5% binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen) by weight of total mix and with thickness of 30 mm (consolidated Thickness) including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed.

Note: - (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from computerized hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only) (iii) The mix shall be designed by job mix formula and approved by GE. (iv) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportation etc for job mix formula and Independent testing during execution of work shall be inclusive in the unit rate quoted and no extra payment shall be made on this account.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - (i) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations etc for job mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only.

Material and labour for repair to pot holes not exceeding 2 sqm area including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surface in road,path etc cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth & making good by filling in ,screened and graded road metal,watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm of VG-30 ,Grade paving bituminous binder, rolled and rammed and rolled with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for marking lines, dashes, arrows, letter etc 15 cm wide on bituminous surface with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area conforming to MOST & BIS specification ,of thickness 2.50 to 3.00 mm thick of colour white/golden/yellow as approved by GE and applied by using automatic road making spray machine as per manufactures instruction including preparation of surface ie cleaning of surface by removing all dust ,dirt,oil grease etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition cement concrete (unreinfoced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specificially provided for in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for moorum/ red bajri filling under foundation or pavings laid in layers n.exc. 15cm thick spread, levelled, and rammed including watering all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof, kebsmud stops, steps, coping small sumps and like items slightly rounded or chemferred on the edges complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggraegate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 80mm thick Machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy look any shape and size confirming to IS 15656 2006, M-35 grade with grey coment and pigment laid over and including 30mm thick sand cushioning laid dry to the profile all as specified and as directed (Make :- Mehatab Tiles, NITCO tiles ,Metro tiles, Dayal shri Processors)

M & L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs and edging to road , divided and footpath cover slab for small culvert, manhole and soak well septic tank etc and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n. Exc. 30cm deep and averaging 30cm deep and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance exc. 250m but n exc. 500m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L 150mm thick (spread thickness) two layer of soling with broken boulders or quarried stone (granite/trap/basalt) interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8-10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150mm thick water bound macadam in two equal layers of 75mm each (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate of stone (granite/basalt/trap) 63mm to 40mm size, spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient & camber with 8-10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair CAT Eyes as (Road Stud) 120mm x 90 mm size made of poly carbonate moulded body with electro nically welded prismatic retro range on both sides of maximum retro reflection in wet and dry condition to be fixed with bituminous adhesive BT-69 complete all as specified and directed. (Make - 3M/Sun Eyes/Dark Eye)

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Felling of tree exc. 30 cm girth including cutting of trunk, and branches and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site incl digingout roots, filling holes and leveling off ground etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming coat/tack coat with hot pressure spray using SS(Slow setting) bitumen cationic emultion conforming to IS-8887/ASTMD -2397 @7.5 kg/10 Sqm over WBM surface allowing it to penetirate atleast 5 to 10mm from top surface of WBM all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming coat/tack coat with hot pressure spray using RS(rapid setting) bitumen cationic emultion conforming to IS-8887/ASTMD -2397 @2.5 kg/10 Sqm over bitumious maccadam /Black top surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre mix Dense Bituminius Macadam (DBM) 75mm (consolidated thickness) laid in single layer using 5.5% minimum binder content by weight of total mix,with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 penetration using hot mix plant laid by using mechnical sensor paver,rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using vibratory/pneumatic and tandem vibratory roller of capacity exc 8 tone but n.exceeding 12 tone capacity complete all as specified . Note: Marshal stability shall be of minium 900 kg (c) DBM shall be as per MORTH Specification as detailed in particular specition.

M&L Bituminous pre mix Semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40mm consolidated thickness in single layer with 5.5% minimum binder content mixed by weight to total mix paving bitumen ( VG-30 grade)and filler of 2% cement rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using sensor paver and rolled to uniform ,smooth surface using tandem vibratory /power roller exceeding 8 tone and n.exceeding 12 tone capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (i) Cement shall be used as filler at mininum 2% by weight of total mix in event of variation in design mix the percentage of filler content shall be on plus side adopted.
