Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Construction of embankment with approved material having CBR>7 obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-1, 300-2 and as per relevent clauses of section-300.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP-4 for service ducts below concrete pavement.

Providing crushed stone aggregate, depositing on a prepared surface by hauling vehicles, spreading and mixing with a motor grader, watering and compacting with a vibratory roller to clause 410 to form a layer of sub-base/Base in accordance to Table No. 400-14, 400-15 and as per clause of section 407 of specifications.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density in accordance to Table No. 400-12, 400-13and as per clause of section 406 of specifications.

Providing and applying primer coat with catonic bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of specifications.

Providing and applying tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevant clauses of section-503 of specifications0.30 kg per sqm (dry & hungry bituminous surfaces /granular surfaces treated with primer).

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a Electronic Sensor paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 505 of specification complete in all respects.Using Batch Mix Plant of appropriate capacity For Grading II (26.5 mm nominal size) Bitumen Content minimum 4.5% with bitumen 60/70 (VG 30)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushedaggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminousbinder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a Electronic Sensor paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratoryand tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 507 of specificationUsing Batch Mix Plant of appropriate capacity for Grading-II (30-40 mm thickness) Bitumen Content minimum 5.4% with 60/70 bitumen (VG-30)

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8- 10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per clause 601 of specification complete in all respect.
