Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub soil to full depth except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting if required for the sides of foundation.

Collection and supply of sand and filling in to the basement including cost and conveyance to the siteand all labour charges for filling as per standard specifications

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm HBG metal for foundaion including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick. Compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Refilling the basement with excavated earth other than sand complying the Standard specification

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete.

Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 8 ¾” x 4 ¼" x 2 ¾” including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete.

Supplying and Erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.30 m height with all cross bracing for plane surfaces as detailed below, using mild steel sheets of 90 X 60 cm 10 gauge stiffened with MS angle of 25 x 25 x 3m

Supplying and fabricating RTS / TMT STEEL rods including cutting, bending hooks, cranking, fabricating,assembling and laying in exact position,typing with softsteel wire 16 gauge ,etc., complete conforming to BIS std.

Providing granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete

Paving the floor with scratch proof ceramic tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 20mm thick. And pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per Sqm mixed with colouring pigment to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The Glazed tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:5 mix, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site from the approved sources and labour charges etc., complete.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mix, 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site from the approved sources and labour charges etc., complete.

Brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with slacked lime in the ratio of 32:12.5 including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing , laying ,and finishing etc complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement etc., complete.

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Painting with approved quality ready mixed paint two coats including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges etc., complete for doors and windows.
