Proper and safe dismantling of 145 KV old & defective circuit breaker of 63 MVA T/F-II at 220 KV Substation Sector-20 Noida, including opening of all jumpers control cable, earthing, removing of all three poles from base of CB.

Proper and safe dismantling of 145 KV circuit breaker (siemens make) from 40 MVAR capacitor bank bay (701) at 220 KV Substation Sector-20 Noida, including opening of all jumpers control cable, earthing, removing of all three poles from base of CB.

Shifting of dismantled circuit breaker and their accessories from 132 KV Switch yard to store room/ said place with the help of crane/hydra.

Modification of existing foundation of 145 KV old CGL Make circuit breaker by cutting, fabrication, welding, drilling on suitable GI angle as per requirement for new 145 KV circuit breaker (Siemens make).

Shifting of 01 Nos. 145 KV, SF-6 Circuit Breaker from 40 MVAR capacitor bank bay to working site at 145 KV Switchyard carefully with help of crane/man power including carriage of all other accessories of circuit breaker.

Proper and safe erection of 145 KV SF-6 circuit breaker (siemens make) on modified foundation, erection of aux. structure, poles, mechanism box etc. including all jumpers on new breaker of proper length including cutting and bending of the conductor.

Termination of all control cables as per schedule making necessary holes suitable for cable glands and reconnection on new circuit breaker as per drawing with paper ferruls and lugs necessary modification in cable route.

Earthing of newly erected circuit breakers with 75x10 mm and 50x6 mm MS flat at 2 point on each circuit breaker on structure and circuit breaker cubical. (MS flat will be provided by department)

Fabrication of delta earthing of LA (Power transformer) by 3 meter long 06 nos electrodes rectangle shape having 150 mm long conical shape and then its placing vertically inside the ground in 100 mm dia hole and fill salt and charcoal material for improving earthing and connect all vertically inserted MS rod with 75x10 mm MS flat connect each LA by 75x10 mm MS flat works includes boaring, welding etc. and all associated works to complete the job as per technical specification. (02 nos. 160 MVA and 03 nos. 63 MVA T/F)
