Material and labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using post chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The treatment work shall be carried through authorised agency only, and certificate for the same for waranty shall have to be furnished before submitting payment.

Material and labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as per manufacturers specifications & directed. by engr in charge. Note : The treatment work shall be carried through authorised agency only, and certificate for the same for waranty shall have to be furnished before submitting payment.

Material and labour Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment At points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The treatment work shall be carried through authorised agency only, and certificate for the same for waranty shall have to be furnished before submitting payment.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 square metre each and n. exc 2 Sqm complete all as specified.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding n. exc 1 Sqm complete all as specified.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as diretced.

S&F 18/19 mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work, complete all as specified and as diretced.

S&F Continuous (piano) hinges of width 30mm, mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised screw/ bolt / welding complete all as specified and as diretced.

S&F 100mm size Extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm size and aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75mm size Butt hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, type B-21 including necessary screw/bolt/welding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 18/19 mm thick Block board, grade 2 quality, interior grade, decorative type fixed with screws to timber frame work, complete all as specified and as diretced.

S&F extra over rates of block board or veneered particle board for external teak wood lipping, 6mm thick fixed with nails, complete all as specified and as diretced.

Dismantling of timber scantlings fillets , rails ,posts ,rafters , purlins , etc under 40 sq.cm in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class hardwood plain fillets squre ,rectangular or triangular in section area exc 13 sq cm but n exc 25 sqcm clean sawn ,secured with nails or brads.complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any motar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non-skid ceramic, straight cut/joint free, 7 to 8 mm thick colored tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, in floors etc. over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed, set and jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with grout of matching shade, , complete all as specified and directed. Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed and approved by AGE (I).
