M&L RCC type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, blaconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Pre-polished granite slab machine cut of any shade as approved by GE of 18-20 mm thick including over cement screed bed including Cutting and nosing with suitable hole for cylender gas pipe, kitchen sink ,WHB, Grinding and Mirror polishing(Granite finish) with suitable grinding stones and set in 15mm thick CM 1:4 in single piece for platform, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors & pavings n exc 15 cm thickness but above or below ground floors (unreinforced) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in 100mm thickness as in sub base of path,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete cloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment over 15mm thick screed in CM(1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster to any thickness, in any description and in any number of layer (Including wall tile/mosaic wall tile ) with racking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-No extra payment shall be made to contractor by the department.

M&L for rendering 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or over roof concrete surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.

Supply and fixing amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) SPN SPN 40 to 63 and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLSH is PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed as required 2X6Sqmm copper conductor with 4 Sqmm earth wire lead PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable and connected to earth dolly to be drawn in concealed PVC conduit including connecting to main board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Conduit will be measured and paid separately.
