Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Non Clog Submersible (homogenous flow of solid & liquid), centrifugal, sludge submersible pumping units as per techanical specifications annexed as annexure "B" to the e-NIT.

Providing and fitting of electrical float switches for submersible pumping units with control box and compatible with starters for above type of pumping units. The amperage rating for the float switche shall be in the range for 7.5 HP pumping units in DOL/FASD starting (03 for above stations and 02 for existing stations)

Providing and fitting of Modular control Panel as pertechanical specifications annexed as annexure "B" to the e-NIT.

Providing and Fixing of of PVC Insulated Copper conductor armoured power Cables for control Panels of sewage pumping units. The job includes fixing of cables with appropriate clamping/thimbles arrangements etc. 4 core 10 sqmm.

Providing and Fixing of 3 core flat copper submersible cableincluding leak proof jointing and thimbling as required. 3 core 10 sqmm.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: (2.8.1 SOR 2022)

Providing, welding and Fixing of 80 mm dia M.S Pipes Class "C" including all fittings like bends, elbows, support etc, Welded or flanged joints as required for delivery and Y junction for pumping units. All the arrangements tools, tackles etc. are to arranged by the firm.

Providing and laying of concrete blocks in 1:2:4 ( cement : sand : aggregate ) for grouting foundation bolts / matching / base plates. Each block shall be of ( 0.9 x 0.9 x 0.9) m size. Each block = 0.73 Cum. Total for 3 gantry with 02 blocks for each gantry = 4.34 Cum

Providing and Fitting of 01 ton capacity, manually operated chain pulley block. The chain pulley block shall have 6 m lift. It shall also include suspension arrangement for chain pulley block capable of supporting rated load.
