Adjustment of existing shelves by providing New clamps/clips after removing the old unsv clamps/clips as per existing shape,size and as per drg.

Painting after preparation of sufice denting and penting of almirah large steel with shelves complete inside and outside.

Taking out unsv Top and S&F New Top of Prelaminated Particle Board Exterior Grade 18mm one side Teak Face with 04 mm Teakwood beading all around it complete as per Drg.

Taking out of unsv Drawer and S&F new Drawer of 01 mm thick plain black sheet as per existing shape and size.

Taking out unsv Lock of Drawer and S&F new Lock as per Drg.

Taking out old unsv Shoes/Toes and S&F new Hard Rubber/ PVC Shoes / Toes as per Drg.

After prepartion of surface rubbing denting and painting of table clk steel inside and outside as per drg.

Charpoy GI Pipe with ply top (FD-220)

Replacement of Commercial Ply top in single piece of size 6'6"x3'x12 mm thick of existing charpoy GI pipe top make Kitply/GreenPly/National BWR ISI Marked.

Removing the existing U/S Broken Long Rails of Charpoy GI Pipe and Supply and fixing new Long Rails made out of GI tubing 32 mm dia (Medium Grade. ISI Marked) all as specified and shown on drg Make Jindle/Bhushan.

Making out short Rail from broken long rail obtained from Ser item No (09.II) above fixing to the Charpoy GI Pipe complete all as specified and shown on drg including removing existing broken u/s short rails

Making out legs from broken short Rail obtained from ser No. 09.III above and fixing to the charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and shown on drg including removing existing broken u/s legs.

Removing the existing u/s broken elbows of charpoy GI Pipe and supplying and fixing new 32 mm bore 3 way elbows ISI marked all as specified and shown on drg

Supply and fixing 05 mm thick GI Check nuts suitable for 32 mm dia pipe all as specified and shown on drg.

Dismentaling and reassembling frame of charpoy GI pipe including tightening and providing extra threads and welding the joints as required and directed by Eng-in-charge and also assembling the frame of charpoy GI pipe with the parts received from items ser No. 6 (a) to 6 (f)

Teapoy Verandah (FD-255/383)

Supply & fix MS conduit pipe of 20 mm bore as in short runner of Teapoy verandah by welding duly painted with a coat of pink primer after dismantling old broken/ unserviceable runner all as shown on drg and as specified and directed

All as per ser item No. 7.01 hereinbefore but long runner.

Painted the whole steel frame with enemle white paint after the preparation of whole surface.

Supply & Fix 18/19mm thick pre laminated pratical board z(make:- Actiion Tesa, Nova pan, Kit Ply) one side T/F other side white alongwith 4mm thick teak wood beading all around the top of tepoy verandah after dismantling old damage/unserviceable top all as shown drg all as specified and directed.

M & L of Welding 'U' shape legs with arms of conduit pipes 20mm dia 16 gauge thick all as specified & shown on drg.

Preparation of old painted surfaces for painting to chair and apply one coats of white synthetic enamel paint to framed chair verandah complete all as specified

Recanning of verandah chair with plastic cane (Oval Shape) 04 mm wide complete as per Godrej pattern using make: Shah/Premier brand cane (Removing of old broken cane shall be done at BSO Yard

S&F 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade make : Archid/Greenply/Novopan with 6mm thick TW beading after dismantling old u/s runner all as shown on drg and as specifed and directed

Charpoy GI Pipe nylon newar (FD-220)

Removing the existing u/s broken long rails of charpoy GI Pipe and supplying and fixing new long rails made out of GI tubing 32mm dia (medium grade. ISI marked) all as specified and shown on drg.

Making out short rails from broken long rails obtained from ser Item No. 11.01 above and fixing to the charpoy GI Pipe complete all as specified and shown on drg including removing existing broken/unserviceable short rails.

Making out legs for charpoy GI pipe from broken GI pipe obtained from Srl item nos. 11.01 and 11.02 above and fixing to the charpoy GI Pipe complete all as specified and shown on drg including removing existing broken/unserviceable legs.

Removing the existing broken/unserviceable elbows of charpoy GI Pipe and supplying and fixing new 32mm bore 3 way elbows ISI marked all as specified and shown on drg.

Supplying and fixing 5mm thick GI check nuts suitable for 32 mm dia pipe all as specified and shown on drg. Notes for item No. 11.01 to 11.05:- Unit rates quoted above include for dismantling and reassembling frame of charpoy GI pipe including tightening and providing extra threads and welding the joints as required and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and taping new nylon newar Best quality white/light coloured of Make as approved by GE and reweaving charpoys GI pipe all as specified and shown on drg including removing existing the old newar(weight of nylon Newar shall not be less than 1.5 kg per charpoy) as required and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Before taping it will be ensured that the charpoy frame is tightened properly. Unit rate quoted against this item includes this element.
