Surfaces excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for hardcore of Broken stone/boulders gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 nominal mix using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base of flooring/hard standing including formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 100 mm thickness M-50 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing Plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) nominal mix as in coping, benching and similar works slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block for kerbs stone with solid block exc 10cm in width type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:6 of any shape and size as approved by Garrison Engineer, including necessary excavation and earth work including returning filling in the earth and removal of surplus soil from site if any, kerb stone shall be fixed in true line and level or in curves for edging of road side path including embedding PCC pre cast block in ground to any depth as required and tampering soil around PCC blocks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws fixeds specified type 410 SP-31 (9 Meter long) duly painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surface and one coat of black bituminous paint on embedded surface incl writing of Pole Numbers etc., and marking of two black & two yellow strips with synthetic enamel paint upto 1.2 Mtr height and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.25.00 here in before but for 410 SP-55 (11.00 metres long) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor cable, laid in trench or fixed to wall / passing through pipe/ pole. incl necessary aluminium thimbles, jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge for the following sizes and cross sectional area :- Note :- Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately

Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning factory fabricated out door type totally enclosed LT cubical panel board suitable size with busbar, conforming to relevant IS and protection class IP-65 ,dust,vermin and weather proof fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated ,mounted on 40x40x5mm MS angle iron frame,duly welded in shape and coated with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of redoxide primer including necessary grouting of legs 300mm deep in ground in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate ,panel base to be 500mm above ground level with suitable compartments for controls and Monitors including cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables,locking arrangement,including accomodating, supply and fixing the following accessories/items including necessary internal panel wiring with suitable size of Copper wire PVC insulated & sheathed multi stranded complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge including Supply and fixing the following :-

M&L for earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanized earth strip 25x4 mm size connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel, provision of 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of G1 earth wire and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC (1:3:6) , type CI chamber. MS funnel, wire gauge. 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4, type B1 earth pit cover with 6 Nos. 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to distance n exc 50m, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of schedule Part-I. Note : (i) Cost of GI earth strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5mtr length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item.(ii) The unit rate shall also includes for Wire mesh, funnel, excavation, returninng & filling, PCC chamber pit, RCC cover & test point. (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit.(iv) All accessories required for galvanised steel plate electrode required, as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of GI Pipe Bracket made out of Galvanised Iron tubing 32/40mm bore (dia), light grade, 1.50 Metre long fixed with 02 sets of flat iron clamp of size 30mm x 5 mm, with bolts, nuts and washers of suitable size including applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer incl taking down existing bracket complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of Pole mounted Junction Box 254 x 180 x 111mm, having insulated and made out of thermoplastic Polycarbonate with glass fibre reinforced, rated for Degree of Ingress Protection IP 66 in accordance with IEC 60529, IK 07, weather proof for outdoor installation (with knockouts for cable entry) having Gasket Material shall be Polyurethane and the Gasket shall be internally embedded, Tested at 650°C, with Plastic Mounting Bracket, Din Rail, Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamp, Nuts, Bolts and Washers, with MCB SP 6 Amps, 'B' Curve, 10 KA, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

S&F in replacement of PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor wire, 1.5 Sqmm 3 Core, round flexible for connection of light fittings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 nominal mix using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth courses, string courses, etc., complete including slightly rounded or chamfered for GI tubing post for ait termination rod etc., including using necessary formwork and finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

Supply & lay in replacement telerex DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 50 mm and inner dia 38 mm polethylene including couplers, bends, cap etc., with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

Supply & lay in replacement telerex DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 40 mm and inner dia 32 mm polethylene including couplers, bends, cap etc., with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

S&F in repair 40 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (light grade) ISI marked with all fittings, laid in trenches or under roads/ floors/ culverts etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
