Providing and fixing 18mm thick grey Granite stone tile shot blasted flammed brushed and machine edge cut in walls, pillars, steps, Shelves, Sills Counters, Floors etc. laid on 12mm (Av.) thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) jointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1white cement : 2 marble dust) with pigment to match the shade of the marble slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing completeJhunjhunu / Jalore (Red/Choclate/Black/Pink Colour)Above 3601 Cm2 Slabs

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish :(Excluding cost of cement)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator )/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m , disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed: All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead up to 50 meter and with all lift.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ).

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade as per approved colour complete as per manufacturers specifications including primer coat and protecting coat including scaffolding and safety provision
