Providing and fixing cavity 110mm wide in RCC walls with necessary weep and vent holes including use of Pvc pipes and cost of providing and fixing pvc pipe 110 mm dia with MS ties rods 10mm dia Avg 350 mm long in section at not less than 3 ties per sqm as per approved design.Inclusive cost of supply of all materials, labours, tools and all other charges etc complete.

Filling, spreading borrowed with good quaily earth / murrum in low lying area. Including levelling, ramming, consolidation and dressing etc by maually.Inclusive cost of supply of all materials, labours, tools and all other charges etc complete.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete.Supply of all labour, materials, tools & plants etc., complete.

Dismantling of MS gate without damaging the other part of the stucture. including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.inclusive cost of supply of all materials, labours, tools and all other charges etc complete.

Demolishing R.C.C. work column pillars/ posts manually/ by mechanical means by ( core cutter up to 30cm/ 150 mm dia )including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.inclusive cost of supply of all materials, labours, tools and all other charges etc complete.

Demolishing existing brick work compound wall manually/ by mechanical means including spreading, levelling in the low lying areas inside the Lighthouse premises/ compound as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants, scaffolding, ladder etc. complete.

Applying two coat of coal tarring/ bitumen paint on concrete surface upto plinth with approved first quality to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar drops including brushes, scaffolding, ladder supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete .

Providing and fixing in position pre-moulded joint filler in expansion jointsas directed including brushes, scaffolding, ladder supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants and all other charges etc., complete .
