Taking down cement plaster / wall tiles from concrete / stone surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and its removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement (external plaster) with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - All rendering shall be upto 3 floor roof of building and necessary scaffolding shall be included in the rates quoted by the contractor.

NOTE NO 3: - All plumbing works shall be laid or fixed as to be completely air tight or water tight as specified and Contractor will furnish its certificates towards air / water tight before completion of work under the Contract. NOTE NO 4: - Warranty certificate to the Engineer-in-Charge where ever applicable shall be submitted by the Contractor at the time of fittings.
