Description

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift up to 1.5 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres away from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in to plinth and sides of foundations, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres in pick jumper work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6( 1cement:3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in

foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½ :3 ( 1cement:1½ sand:3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

foundation and plinth.

Walls(any thickness but ot less than 0.1 mtr thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plate 3.15 m.m thick welded with angle iron 30x30x5 m.m so as to givea fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plaiin concrete work in:-

Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Prov. Mild steel/ tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position i /c binding wire complete up to floor two level

Pro. Smooth finishinf in cm 1:3

Demolishing RCC work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of uerviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement:2 sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-Foundation and plinth

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly under floors.

Disposal including loading unloading and stacking of surplus excavated soil/material with in a lead of 2 km by M.T.& 500 mtrs Head Load at the disposal site.

Providing & laying in trenches DI Tube fitting ( earth work in trenches to be measured & paid for seperately ) 100 mm dia.

Providinf and fixing of CI Sluice valve wheel valve with wheel 100 mm dia. Nominal bore (ISI mark Leader Ltd. Make)

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position complete in grating, framed guards & ladders etc.

Pro. Corrugated GS. Sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 8 mm dia meter with bitumin & G.I. limpet washer or with G.I limpet washer filled wiith white lead,including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal / vertical or ciurved surface ), excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating less than 275 gm/m2 0.63 mm thick sheet.

Providing and fixing of Sludge Pressure Gauge pressure Gauge 80 mm-H2O,+- 2% Accuracy,1/8" FNPT, -6.67'C to 48.9'C
