S&F machine pressed precast conctete inter locking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete or brick masonry surfaces and finishing the top surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Back filling of retaining walls using approved earth obtaining from excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of exhaust fan 300mm sweep, 1400rpm , air delievery 1710 cum per hour, single phase, AC 220/240 volts, 50 Hz including electrical connecting up from fan to ceiling rose with three core PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor flexible cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting hole for fixing exhaust fan on wall including making good to disturbed surface / damaged surface of as per existing colour and finish all as specified and directed.

S&F of ceiling rose surface type Backelite 65X 50 mm with three terminal complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of switch piano , 6A , 240V complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed type alongwith 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable for continous earthing in & and incl casing / caping & accessories having ISI mark surface type to be fixed with proper screws including hard PVC boards of suitable sizes & making arrangement for fixing switches Note:- Screws used for fixing PVC boards, casing n caping,celing rose, square blocks etc should be nickel cadmium screws

One fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed

S&F of 25 Liters capacity geysers ISI marked vertical type white / off white, copper container inner tank with fiber reinforced body (FRB) puff insulation for both inner tank & for hot outlet copper connection pipe with all in built in safety accessories like thermostat / automatic thermal cut off with ON/ OFF/ CUT out indicators all pre - wired and additional safety accessories like pressure release valve / pressure reducing valve , non-return valve , including new PVC heavy duty pipe with brass ferrule fittings for HOT and COLD water connections fixed in same or new location as ordered as per manufacturers instruction with suitable size nuts & bolts & making necessary connection and testing on completion complete all as directed .

M&L for point wiring complete with 4.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed (FR) multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade enclosed in and including PVC casing and capping with accessories fixed on surface on walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeves Dash fastners and cadmium plated screws all as per ISI including sunk type boxes for mounting fitting like switches, socketes fan regulators with 3 mm thick phenolic Laminated sheet top covers concealed in walls etc including 4.0 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed

S & F of SPN plug and socket metallic enclosure with a two pin and earth complete all as specified and as directed

S & F of bib tap 20 mm dia CP suitable for hot water outlet with washer and necessary fittings complete all as directed

S & F of CPVC gate valve 20 mm dia ISI marked with necessary packing complete all as directed at site

M&L for sub main wiring with proper colour coding, FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, unsheathed, multi-stranded, copper conductor, cable of two runs, 4 Sqmm for phase and neutral and one run of 2.5 Sqmm for earth wire, drawn through and including PVC casing and caping with all fittings like tee, bends, junction box/terminal box fixed on wall/ground/ceiling etc and connected, complete all as specified and directed
