Installation of Artificial Reefs in the Coastal Villages of U.T. of Puducherry in Karaikal region under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work , using cement content as per approved design mix , including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement , including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete , improve workability without impairing strength and durability . Note:- Cement content considere d in this item is @ 330 kg / cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is payable or recoverable separately. - All work above plinth level upto floor V level.

Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level - Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO / SAIL / JSW) Fe - 415 or more

Preparation of mould cost using M.S.sheet - 4mm thick and angle size 25 x 25 x 5mm and angle including cost for fabrication, conveyance, welding charges including cost towards labours for fixing and removal of mould for preparation of modules etc, complete.

Stuccoplastering 12mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) using HBG chips of size 10mm and below at 0.15cum per 10 sqm area and including mixing of CLASSIC CRETE SBR (Primadonn or equivalent) chemical @ 250ml per 50kg of cement. The rate includes all cost of materials, labour, lead etc. complete. (Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes)

Supplying and using of 20mm thick rope including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc., complete (Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes)

Transportation charges for 75 Nos. of grouper moudule 100 Nos. of Triangular module, and 75 Nos. of well ring modules including hire & fuel charges for barge, crane, tipper lorries, winch equipments for placing fabricated artificial reefs from casting yard to the site in the sea bed shown by the departmental officers in a specific pattern. The rate includes statuory fees, berthing fee, vehicle entry fee for cranes & lorry, any other fee, labour charges of all activities such as loading the reefs from casting yard to sea berth, lifting to barge or vessel and placing tranportation and placing in the specified bed of sea, insurance charges of general liability for loss of life and damage of reefs during transportation and placing at sea bed etc. complete complying with standard specification. (1 Job = 250 modules.) (Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes)
