Earth work in excavation by Manual means( Hydraulic excavatar ) in foundation trenches, drains, pipes, cables etc. ( Not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width or 10 sqm. on plan) incl. dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 mtr.incl. getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus soil as directed within a lead of 50 mtr. in 70 % all kinds of soils and 30 % Ordinary Rock.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering .All work up to plinth level . 1:5:10 ( 1 cement :5 fine sand :10 graded nallah stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) including all carriages complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering all work up to plinth level 1:3:6 with 30% boulders. ( 1 cement :3coarse sand :6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all carriages complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters , columns , piers , posts, struts butteresses , string or laces , courses , parapets , coping , bed blocks , anchorblocks , plain window sills ,sunken,floors , fillets etc. upto floor five level , excluding the cost of centring , shuttering and finishing with in 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) with 20% boulders. including all carriages complete.

Centring and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete including all carriages complete.

Centring and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for Walls ( any thickness ) including attached pilasters , butteresses , plinth and string course including all carriages complete.

Dry Random Rubble Masonary with hard stone in foundation and plinth Using Nallah stone with out bond stone including all carriages complete including all carriages complete.
