Paving the floor with Plain/Design Ceramic tiles ( Colour and shade as directed ) of Stain Free Nano Polish Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm in all floors over a base layer of cm 1:3 mix 20mm thick laid in situ and pointed with same coloured cement ( white cement mixed with colouring pigment ) neatly and fixed in position so as to make it perfectly smooth and shining,to the alignment etc.complete complying with standared specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The sample colour and shade of the ceramic tiles should be got approved from the departmental officers before use in the works

Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three sand) using 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc, complete as per standard specification. [MoRTH Specification: Clause:1000/1300]

Plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement Four sand) using 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc, complete as per standard specification. [MoRTH Specification: Clause:1000/1300]

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint S.I.358 Plastic emulison paint of'approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Painting with two coats of Approved colour of best quality synthetic enamel paint, painting over old iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying & Fixing in position of white glazed Indian type water closet with 'P' (or) 'S' trap and Orissa slope set in brick jelly cement concrete 1:4:8 100mm thick using 20mm thick brick jelly ISS gauge and finished to sludge out any leakage and defalut including cost of WC 'P' (or) 'S' trap and foot rest etc., complete

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using (One cement and five sand) using best quality of III class Country bricks of size (8 3/4"x4 1/4"x 2 3/4") for foundation including curing cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification TNDSS specification No.31 & 31C.

Floor Finishing First Quality Design Ceramic tiles of All colours of sizes 305mm x 305mm x 6mm. laid in cm 1:3 mix 10mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/sqm including finishing the joint and pointing flush with tiles surface etc complete

Dadooing with glazed tiles of 300mm*200mm*6mm size of approved quality and colour set in c.m 1:2mix (one cement and two sand) 10 mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4 kg /m2 neatly as directed -including cost of all materials and labour charges etc complete as per SS

Supply and fixing of mild steel door etc including redoxide priming coat and cost of materials and all labour charges etc. complete.

Painting two coats over new iron work with ready mixed paint of apprved quality and colour including cost of all materials and labour charges etc complete as per SS

Wiring with 2x1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC.unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch with painting of suitable Colourfor open PVC light point (For electronic regulator) (6points per coil) (Electrical data 2022-2023, SD-20)

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150 x l00 x 113 mm TW switch box for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point.
