Excavation of trenches, n.exc 1.5 wide and n.exc 1.5 in depth for fondation etc, or for shafts, well , cesspits, manholes pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; verticle or to batter all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers,columns, and stanchions all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Form work to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) with fair finishes of surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Form work to edge of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railing , opening in concrete wall, floors and roof n.exc 20cm wide and side of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n.exc 20cm wide for fair finished surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Ditto but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3, Nominal mix, using 20mm graded aggregate in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3, Nominal mix, using 20mm graded aggregate in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3, Nominal mix, using 20mm graded aggregate in Roof Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3, Nominal mix, using 20mm graded aggregate for Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves, chajja etc and the like all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3,Nominal mix, using 20mm graded aggregate in chajjas all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling of roof slab and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on concrete and brick masonry surface using water proofing compound @ 3% by the weight of cement and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on concrete and brick masonry surface and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L three coat of white wash on new plastered surfaces on ceiling including preparation of new plastered surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for two coats of exterior acrylic based paint a coat of primer on new plastered surfaces including preparation of new plastered surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for two of coats distempering walls with distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted including preparation of new surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Stone Hard core, broken to gauge n exc 63 mm all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 as in plinth protection, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) 75mm thick as in sub base of floors all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour non skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm and n.exc 0.38 sqm, in floorss etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Ditto as per Item No 26 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick backing plaster in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound.

S&F Aluminium colour coated door frame and shutter single or double leaf glazed/prelaminated board partly glazed. Panels fabricated including aluminium anodised frame tinted glass 5.5mm thick. The door frame should be fixed with aluminium anodised beading rubber and packing material and shall be drilled in existing wall and thurst bolt suitable saizeas all as spd. The door frame and shutter shallbe made as under:-

(a) Aluminium colour coated door frame of section 101 x 44 x 3mm

(b) Aluminium colour coated bottom rails of shutter section 200 x 44 x 3mm

(c Aluminium colour coated top , middle/lock rail of shutter section 150x44x3mm.

(d) Six lever mortice lock brass Make: GODREJ/ARGENT 01 each door

(e) Aluminium colour coated tower bolt 200mm long 02 Nos each door

(f) Aluminium colour coated handle 150mm long 2 nos

(g) Heavy duty door machine ISI marked or equivalent as approved

(h) Tinted glass 5.5 mm thick . Make : MODI/SWASTIC

(J) 5mm thick UPVC sheet . Make: Rajshree/sintex

S&F aluminium colour coated glazed (5.5 mm thick glass) three track sliding window including suitable size frame of powder coated aluminium and rubber gasket/lining comprising of the locking arrangement base rollers etc complete. Thickness of aluminium section should not less than 2mm thick all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing excavated material exc. 250m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for RCC Pillars.

Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and incl either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting) and hanging; incl lock arrangement also fastening and auranamental items for gate and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S/F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shape washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces and painting 2 coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type Bo, using 12.5mm aggregate as in coping concrete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement paint over one coat of chalk whiting primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100 mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S/F 1.00 mm mild steel plain black sheet covering to door shutter or similar work , cut to size ,holes punched incl round headed screws,clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel frames with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams ,including bending or turning up, mitred angles ,etc as required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in bed plates, kerbs slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 0.63mm thick Black corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roof all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returnig, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface dressing n.exc 15cm deep in hard dense soil all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate, 100mm thick as sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for hydrolic pressed chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, se,t jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness including rubbies removing.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated unsheathed two single core multistranded copper conductor, 1100 V grade drawn through in and including 20 mm dia PVC conduit, ISI marked, concealed on walls and fixed on surface on columns ad slab and with 1.5 Sqmm unsheathed, stranded copper FRLS cable for continuous earth wire terminated with and including pressed modular metal concealed terminal boxes of reqd size, inner frame with outer cover suitable to accommodate modular switches/sockets/regulators all as specified & directed for the following :-

(a) One light/C.Fan controlled by one switch

(b) One point for socket outlet 5 amp same board

M&L for circuit / submain wiring with 2X2.5 sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated unsheathed two single core multistranded copper conductor, 1100 V grade drawn through in and including 20 mm dia PVC conduit, ISI marked, concealed on walls and fixed on surface on columns ad slab and with 2.5 Sqmm unsheathed, stranded copper FRLS cable for continuous earth wire terminated with and including pressed modular metal concealed terminal boxes of reqd size, inner frame with outer cover suitable to accommodate modular switches suitable for 15 Amps switch on independent board.
