Steel work, welded in built up sections framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of read lead paint. (A)In beams and joists, channels angles Tees, flats, with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams. Hip and jack rafters, purlins conneted to common rafters and the like (upto 10 ton)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated ickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches uring transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as esired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ ertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Gutter .(600 mm over all girth)

Demolition of Brick work and stone masonry including stacking serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead lift and lift (ii) In Cement Mortar.

Providing and laying controlled cement concrete M.200 exposed work with curing etc. complete including the cost of formwork but excluding the cost of reinforcement for R.C.C. work in (B) COLUMNS:(i) Having cross-sectional area 0.05 to 0.08 Sq.M

Providing and fixing to wall ceiling and floor 6.0 Kg F/Cm2 working pressure poluthene pipes of the following outside Dia. Low densidy, complete with special falnge compression type fitttings, wall clipsetc. Including making good the wall ceiling and floor. 110 mm Dai Pipe.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metel surface after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning, oil,grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with brushes fine steel wood, scrapers and sand paper with ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead. Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with synthetic enamel paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Providing 10mm thick cement plaster in single coat on brick/concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level and finished even and smooth in (i)Cement mortar 1:3 (1-cement:3-sand)

Distempeing (Two coats) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on wall surfaces to give an even shade, over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. (Make : Asian/Nerolac/Berger as directed by engineer in charge)

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete (Make : Asian/Nerolac/Berger as directed by engineer in charge)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing material and labour for 20mm thick sand faced cement plaster on walls upto height 10 metres above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand) etc. complete.
