S & F 0.63 mm thick galvanized corrugated iron (CGI) sheeting with two corrugation side lap sheets having zinc coating @ 120 gram per sqm inclusive of both sides, fixed with coach screws 'J ' type hook or ' L' type hook and washers as in roof covering etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only of 0.63 mm thick galvanized corrugated iron (CGI) sheeting with two corrugation side lap sheets available from dismantling roof sheet, fixed with coach screws 'J ' type hook or ' L' type hook and washers as in roof covering etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old serviceable CGI sheet obtained from dismantling shall be reused.

S & F 0.63 mm thick plain galvanized iron (PGI) sheets having zinc coating @ 120 gram per sqm inclusive of both sides, as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip, straight flashing etc., fixed in any pattern complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2 mm thick fiber glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting in roof, wall etc., with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type, cranked hook bolts or coach screw and washer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering cladding to wall etc, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet any thickness and of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering cladding to wall etc, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old serviceable pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet obtained from dismantling shall be reused.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering cladding to wall etc, fixed with self tapping screws with washer and fitting of same manufacture of approved profile, shape and colour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs, sloping padding in roof slab or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edge complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from PVC/RCC/MS overhead tanks by using wire brush, bleaching powder or lime etc of required quantity and washing with clean water from tank and mouth of circulating pipe after disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position of capacity exc 250 n.exc 500Ltrs incl writing "TC on -DD/MM/YY" with white synthetic enamel paint with 5 cm font in capital letters etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Proper record of cleaning of tank done under subject item shall be maintained in a register by sub division ,duly authenticated by user or user rep and Engineer-in-charge and shall be produced at the time of claiming any payments.

All as per item No.18 here-in-before but capacity exc 500 n.exc 1000Ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the same old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cemcent sand mortar 1:4 for laying as in roof slab with mixing of WPC and surface finished even and fair without using extra cement. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for under separate items) (iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above . Application of polymeric membrance shall be done by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying one coat of aluminum paint over the APP modified membrance @ 0.11Kg/sqm. (vi) The subject item shall be executed by the specialist firm or company or their authorised rep duly approved by the Accepting officer.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked.complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning top surfaces of AC/CGI sheet/ RCC slab incl chajjas, parapet walls etc using wire brush and removing grass/algae and similar type of unwanted vegetation etc complete all as specified and directed.
