• 1. The bidder should fulfill the following eligibility criteria: -
The bidder should have successfully completed design, engineering, supply, erection, testing and commissioning for at least 1 (one) industrial/ utility project for 132KV or above substation including bay Equipment, Circuit breaker and Transformer in PSU/ Govt. Organization/ Public Limited Company during last seven (07) years ending last day of month previous to the one in which NIT is issued.
Self-attested photocopies of following documents shall be submitted by the bidder in support of the above:
i) Work order / any other letter of award of work / Contract document / Purchase order issued by the client.
ii) Commissioning certificate / Performance certificate / Completion certificate / Final acceptance certificate/ any other documents issued by the client showing completion of the job corresponding to 1(i) above.
The bidder should submit an affidavit stating that the eligibility documents furnished by them are genuine.
• 2. Consortium bidding is not allowed
• 3. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during last three consecutive financial years ending March 2024 shall be at least Rs.37 Crore (Rupees Thirty Seven Crores only).
The bidder shall submit audited annual financial reports (Profit and Loss Accounts statement and balance sheet in English language) for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending March 2024 in support of the above.
Net Worth of the bidder should be positive in the financial year ending March 2024 as per the Audited annual accounts.
Note: Financial documents issued by CA must contain Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) and Membership Number of CA.
Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility wherever certified by the CA members of ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accounts of India) from 01.07.2019 onwards, shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).
• 4. In compliance to "Restriction under Rule 144 (xi) in the General Finance Rules (GFRs) 2017 of Govt. of India (regarding Country of Bidder sharing a land border with India), the Bidders shall submit certificate/undertaking regarding guidelines given at Annexure-10. In cases of Consortium bidding, certificate/undertaking shall be submitted individually by each member of the Consortium.
Bidder to submit eligibility documents in line with clause 22.5 of ITB of Section-II of SBD.
