Dismantling, Unloading & Scrap disposal of MS items generated from a) RPL Overhead Delay tanks: Cylindrical tanks with dished ends ,Capacity : 50,000 litres each ,Material of Construction : MS ,Size: 3m diameter x 8.75 m long ,Qty : 02 no.s. elevated at 2m from ground level . Each delay tank is supported on 02 no.s R.C.C pedestal with MS curved supports of 350 mm height on each pedestal . Total weight of 2 MS delay tanks : 14 tonnes (approx.) b) RPL& LCL Pipelines: MS pipes: Ø 80mm x 2.6 m length for each pump, discharge pipe: Ø 50 mm x 2m length of each pump. Approximate running length of pipeline from pump ,tanks & overhead delay tanks : Ø80 mm: 32 m long RPL and LCL c) MS double door, Qty : 01 set & Metal fencing installed around the 02 delay tanks. & Control panel : MS control panel box for sump pump controlling ,Qty : 03 no.s. Approximate total weight of remaining MS scrap of RPL & LCL : 6 tonnes in the form of plates ,angles,channels ,boxes etc. For detailed scope of work refer Annexure-A

Demolition of RCC supports of overhead MS delay tanks of RPL low level exempt liquid waste storage system ,Qty : 04 no.s and demolition of RCC and civil work installed around RPL MS tanks . Clearing the civil debris to to municipal dumping ground

Filling the sump tanks, Qty : 02 no.s with Ready mixed concrete (R.M.C), Grade: M15 all throughout sump tanks till the top opening of tank and floor level. Details of underground sump tanks at RPL & LCL is as under a) R.C.C Rectangular tank with 8 mm thick MS plate reinforcement, Capacity: 10,000 ltrs each, Size: 4m (length) x 1.5 m (width) x 2.571 m (depth), M.O.C: M.S, Qty: 02 no.s . Total 02 tanks at RPL filling volume : 31 m3 b) Underground sump tanks at LCL: R.C.C Rectangular tanks with 6 mm thick MS plate reinforcement, Capacity: 30,000 ltrs each, Size: 4m (length) x 2.5 m (width) x 3.8 m (depth), M.O.C: M.S, Qty: 02 no.s . Total 02 tanks filling volume : 76 m3
