Providing precast cement concrete slab in R.C.C 1:2:4 (one of cement,two of sand and four of hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm hard broken stone jelly for the following thickness excluding cost and fabrication of reinforcement grills but including precasting, moulding ,curing, finishing and fixing in position etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers.

RCC slab-75 mm thick

Ceiling plastering in cement morter 1:3 (One of cement and three of P.sand) 10mm thick for bottom of roof, Stair etc with neat cement including finishing providing band cornice scaffolding and curing, etc.,complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers

Supply and Erection of Rotational Moulded Polyethylene Water Storage Tanks (HDPE Cylindrical Vertical type) for outdoor use having capacity of 750 litres (excluding free board) of approved brand (superior variety) with ISI MARK (marked in tank itself) with top lid with provisions of locking including necessary specials and fittings for storage potable water and manufactured with material which do not import any taste / odour / any toxic effect and not to contaminate etc, with carbon block content and dispersion in accordance with relevant LS specification and as directed by the deparmental officers etc. complete. (the tank should be got approved from the EE before use)

Supplying, laying, fixing and jointing the following PVC pipes as per ASTM-D-1785 of schedule 40 of wall thickness not less than the specified in IS 4985 suitable PVC/GI specials/GM specials like elbow, tee reducers, plug, union, bend, coupler, nipple GM gate valve, check and wheel valve etc., wherever required above the ground level including the cost of teflon tape, special clamps, nails, etc., fixing on wall to the proper gradiant and alignment and redoing the chipped of masnory etc., as directed by the departmental officers. (Above Ground Level)

Repairing the damaged door shutters by removing the same and labour charges for wrought and putup to make the shutters fit for use and refixing the same in position with required furniture fittings etc., complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Shutters of all sizes.

Removing the Tree And Plants Over the Buildings and on Walls Including Labour Charge relevant material such as ladder, rope, acids etc. all complete with neat finishing after removal of plants and trees etc., complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cleaning of septic tanks & sewer lines including removal of sludge, solid waste & other debris using sewage pump and sewage vechicle . It also include hire charge for transporting the sludge away from from the colony with necessary manual labours, bleaching powder , acid and other cleaning materials with all incidental charge etc., complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
