Almirah Large Steel with Shelves FD-1031: Taking out old unsv the following components of Almirah Large Steel and S & F new components in replacement as per shape and size of original, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) CI/Brass locks 2/4 holes with duplicate keys Make:Godrej or Harrison.

(b) New steel Handle chromium plated 150 mm, Make Champion or Novex.

(c) New Shelves of required size of 1 mm thick MS Sheet.

(d) Fixing of shelves in existing position with new clips as required.

(e) Removing of unsv rods with clamps for top and bottom locking of doors and providing new rod of 10 mm dia MS

(f) Repair of loos doors by replacing unsv existing hinges, fiting (nut & bolts,steel screw/Revits) and adjustment for smooth functioning as specified.

Almirah Medium Steel with Shelves FD-1032: Taking out old unsv the following components of Almirah Medium Steel and S & F new components in replacement as per shape and size of original, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) New steel handle chromium plated 150 mm, Make Champion or Novex.

(b) Removing of unsv Haps & Staples and S & F of new haps and staples with screw.

(c) Removing old unsv hanging rod and S&F New rod circular type with new clips as required.

Charpoy GI Pipe with Plywood top FD-220:- Taking out old unsv the following components of Charpoy GI Pipe with ply top and S & F new components in replacement as per shape and size of original, complete all as specified or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) Taking old Ply wood from charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing with 12mm thick 7 ply grade BWR Type BB commercial face plywood ( Make Kitply/ Greenply or Century) having size 6.5' x 3' fixed with nuts & bolts alongwith washer of size 4mm dia , 65 mm length nuts & bolts and washer incl making /drilling holes in the frame of GI Pipe , 3 each on long rail and 2 each on short rail of each charpoy .

(b) Dismantling/taking out old unsv long rails from charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm Dia and fixing new long rails 32 mm Pipe in the same position as specified and shown on drawing.

(c) Convertion of long rail into short rail of charpoy GI pipe by threading both end complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

(d) Convertion of short rail into leg of charpoy GI pipe by threading both end complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

(e) Dismantling/taking out old unserviceable 3 way Elbow from charpoy GI pipe and providing new 3 way angular Elbow of 32mm dia medium grade ISI marked and fixing in same position as specified and shown on drawing.

(f) Dismantling/taking out old unserviceable check nut from charpoy GI pipe and providing new check nut 32mm dia medium grade and fixing in the same position complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Table 900 x 600 x 760mm with drawers FD-224 & FD-283:- Taking out old unsv the following components of Table 900 x 600 x 760 mm without drawers & with Drawers and S & F new Components made out of well seasoned 2nd class hard wood as per Shape and size of original components all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge :-

(a) New Top of size 900 x 600 mm made out of 18/19 mm thick Prelaminated particle board both side teak face (Make : Kitply/Greenply or Bhutan Board ) and providing teakwood beading 4 mm thick all around the top duly french polished.

(b) Taking out old unserviceable drawers and Repairing to the drawers of the table, proper aligment for smooth fucntion of drawers including removing of old Knob of drawers and S & F of new Knob in place of old Knob.

(c) Removing the existing wornout/ unserviceable long rails and providing new long rail made of seasoned hard wood all as per size and specification as shown on drg.

(d) Removing the existing wornout/ unserviceable short rails and providing new short rail made of seasoned hard wood all as per size and specification as shown on drg.

(e) Removing the existing wornout/ unserviceable legs and providing new legs made out of seasoned hard wood all as per size and specification shown on drg

(f) Removing the existing wornout/ unserviceable long/short stiffeners and providing new long/short stiffeners made of seasoned hard wood all as per size and specification as shown on drg.

(g) S&F PVC hard buffers to the legs of table to make its balance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Table 900 x 600 x 760mm without drawers FD -223 & FD-284: Taking out old unsv the following components of Table 900 x 600 x 760 mm without drawers & with Drawers and S & F new Components made out of well seasoned 2nd class hard wood as per Shape and size of original components all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge :-

(a) New Top of size 900 x 600 mm made out of 18/19 mm thick Prelaminated particle board both side teak face (Make : Kitply/Greenply or Bhutan Board) and providing teakwood beading 4 mm thick all around the top duly french polished.

Bed Plywood Top FD-246 & FD-247 Taking out old unsv the following components of Bed plywood Top S & F new components made out of well seasoned 2nd class hard wood in replacement as per shape and size of original, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge :-

(a) New top of 12 mm thick plywood commercial BWR gde of Size 6' x 3' x 12 mm Make: kitply/Green Ply or Century.

(b) S & F new long rails of size 1980 x 100 x 50 mm of weel seasoned 2nd class hard wood teakwood.

(c) S & F new head board of size 4 mm Thick Plywood one Teak face of Size 660 x 900 to head board and 4 mm thick teak wood beeding all around the head baord.

(d) S & F new foot board of size 4 mm Thick Plywood one teak face of size 900 x 300 to foot baord and 4 mm thick teak wood beeding all round the foot board.

(e) New leg of Size 60 x 60 x 660 mm of well seasoned hard wood .

(f) New bottom support (Stiffener) of size 900 x 75 x 50 mm of well seasoned hard wood.

Chair Easy FD-229 & FD-1108:- Taking out Existing unsv the following components of Chair Easy and S & F New Components as per Shape and size of original components made out of well seasoned 2nd class hard wood complete all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) Replacement of existing worn out/unserviceable front leg with new seasoned hard wood leg made to shape of chair easy new to complete all as specified as shown on drg.

(b) Replacement of existing worn out/unserviceable rear leg with new seasoned hard wood leg made to shape of chair easy new to complete all as specified as shown on drg.

(c) Replacement of existing worn out/unserviceable front and back rails with new seasoned hard wood front and back rails made to shape of chair easy new to complete all as specified as shown on drg

(d) Replacement of existing worn out/unserviceable side rails with new seasoned hard wood side rails made to shape of chair easy new to complete all as specified as shown on drg

(e) Replacement of existing worn out/unserviceable arm with new seasoned hard wood arm made to shape of chair easy new to complete all as specified as shown on drg

(f ) M & L for cutting of unsv Plastic Cane and re-canning of Chair easy with half round polythene cane 2mm wide 0.3mm thick (Make : Shah Brand, Premier or Garware) for seat and back and border with 2.5mm wide 0.4mm thick finished smooth glossy and edges free from sharp cut complete all as specified and as shown on drawing or as directed/approved by Engr-in-Charge.

(g) S&F PVC hard buffers to the legs of Chair to make its balance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Chiar Dining FD-279, FD-228, FD-1105 Taking out Existing unsv the following components of Dining Chair and S & F New Components made out of well seasoned 2nd class hard wood as per Shape and size as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) Replacement of old existing wornout/unsv front legs with new front legs seasoned hard wood legs made to shape of chair complete all as specified and shown on drg

(b) Replacement of old existing wornout rear legs with new rear legs seasoned hard wood legs made to shape of chair complete all as specified and shown on drg

(c) Replacement of old existing wornout front and back rails with new front and back rails seasoned hard wood rails made to shape of chair complete all as specified and shown on drg

(a) Replacement of old existing worn out/ broken with new front legs seasoned hard wood legs made to shape of chair writing all as specified as shown drg.

(b) Replacement of old existing worn out/ broken with new rear legs seasoned hard wood legs made to shape of chair writing all as specified as shown drg.

(c) Replacement of old existing unservice-able/broken front and back rails with new front and back rails seasoned hard wood rails made to shape of chair writing complete all as specified and shown on drg

(d) Replacement of old existing unservice-able/wornout side rails with new side rails seasoned hard wood rails made to shape of chair writing complete all as specified and shown on drg

Table Office Clerk Steel FD-381 & FD-1004 Taking out Existing unsv the following components of table office clerk steel and S & F new Componentsin replacement as per Shape and size of original components all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) New top of size 1200 x 600 x 750 mm made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminted particle board teak face (Make : Kitply/Greenply or Bhutan Board) and providing teak wood beading 4 mm thick all around the top duly french polished.

(b) Gas welding to broken joints of table office clerk steel.

(c) Repairing and S & F of new drawers of table office clerk steel making good dents, proper aligment for smooth function of drawers includind removing of unsv locks of drawer and S & F of new locks with key in duplicate as specified in drg.

(e) Removing old/unsv shoes from table office clerk and S & F new hard rubber shoes to table.

Table 3' x 2' Steel with Drawers FD-1008 Taking out Existing unsv the following components of table 3' x 2' with drawers and S & F new Components in replacement as per Shape and size of original components all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) Dismantling of UNSV table top and providing new top of size 900 x 600 mm made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminted particle board teak face (Make : Kitply/Greenply or Bhutan Board) and providing teak wood beading 4 mm thick all around the top duly french polished.

(b) Gas welding to broken joints of table Steel.

(c) Repairing and S & F of new drawers of table 3' x 2' with drawers steel making good dents, proper aligment for smooth function of drawers includind removing of unsv locks of drawer and S & F of new locks with key in duplicate as specified in drg.

(e) Removing old/unsv shoes from table 3' x 2' steel with drawers and S & F new hard rubber shoes to table.

Chair Varandha with Plastic cane FD-256, FD-259 & FD-359 Taking out existing unsv the following components of chair varandha and S & F new Components in replacement as per Shape and size of original components all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) Cutting of unsv cane plastic from chair varandha and S&F new pieces of conduit pipe 20 mm dia of 75 mm long and 1.6 mm thick and welded to the burnt out piece of legs the chair and also spot welding of cracks and joints as specified and shown in drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Weaving of chair varandha with 4 mm wide and 0.5 mm thick cane plastic best quality white colour as specified and shown in drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Hard PVC Shoes to chair varandha after removing of old unsv shoes and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sofa Set Five/Four Seater FD-1113 & FD-281 Taking out existing unsv the following components of Sofa Set Five Seater/Four Seater and S & F new Components made out of well seasoned 2nd class hard wood in replacement as per Shape and size of original components all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) Taking out old/existing unsv foam cushion with cover and S & F new cool foam cushion 32 density of (Make: sleepwell/kurlon or MM Foam) of size 550 x 530 x 100 mm with markin cloth, under the superior quality tapestry cloth cover duly stiched & making good shape (Tapestry cloth not less than Rs 220/- per meter) as approved and specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Removing unsv batten and fix new batten of seasoned hard wood as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Table Centre FD-274 & FD-235 Taking out existing old unsv the following components of Table centre and S & F new Components made out of well seasoned 2nd class hard wood in replacement as per Shape and size of original components all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) New top of size 900 x 450 mm made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminted particle board teak face (Make : Kitply/Greenply or Bhutan Board) and providing teak wood beading 4 mm thick all around the top duly french polished.

(b) Top side long rail made out of seasoned hard wood for table centre.

(c) Top side short rail made out of seasoned hard wood for table centre.
