Shifting and loading of 03 No. ABL & 3 No. ALP Structure weight approx 1.5 MT at EFU Naini. Transportation of the same from fabrication unit Naini to 132KV Substation Sarnath . Unloading and shifting the same at Kaithi substation.

Shifting of all equipment breakers, CTs, PTs, isolators and auxiliary structure from store to work site and its proper stacking.

Erection of Auxiliary structure (ABL & ALP) for installation of 33KV Bay, the job consist to shifting of all material its structure parts nut bolts washers etc from store to work site distance approx 70 Meter, erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practices using flat and spring washer with each bolts and machining of holes also be done by contractor. The labour and required T&P shall be arrange by contactor at his own cost.

Erection of following equipments as per instruction manual of various equipment & technical specification

a-36 KV VCB

b-36 KV CT

c-Junction box for CT

d-36 KV BSI

e-Junction box for BSI

f-36KV LSI

g-Junction box for LSI

Jumpering of following equipment with the help of ACSR panther conductor including cutting binding clamping and all other associated work for satisfactorily completion. 1. Bus bar to BSI-03 No. 2. BSI to CB-03 No. 3. CB to CT-03No. 4. CT to LSI-03No. 5. 33KV Transfer bus to Transfer BSI-03No

Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trenches from C/R Panel to 33 KV CT,CB,LSI/BSI /JB etc. in switch yard as per cable schedule, its saddling at every 75mm dist. with M.S. Saddle of size 25x3mm size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per tech. specification:

a. 2 x 2.5mm unarmored

b. 4x2.5mm – do -

c. 6x2.5mm – do -

Termination of following size of cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands, plate or box where ever required, supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size. Supply and providing ferrules and No. for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs of Dowell/Tension and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per tech. specification:

Supply & Fixing of 100Watt outdoor type LED Light complete fittings with all fixing accessories including bracket & clams Philips /Crompton / Havells make for switchyard of 132KV Sub Station Sarnath under ETD-Ist Varanasi.

Earthing of equipments and various structure including laying of 50x6mm MS flat. Excavation of earth up to 0.6mtr below the ground level, cutting and welding with earth mat with all cost of MS flat, T&P and man power including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enameled paint.

Earthing of trench along with 25x6mm MS flat after cutting and welding with each cable rack separately and trench with all cost of MS flat, T&P and man power including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enameled paint.

Fabrication of display board made of M.S. angle iron 50^x50^x6^mm, 3^ long support and M.S. board of 2^x1^ M.S. sheet 18 gauge and M.S. flat iron 25^x6^mm size 2^x1^ welded on M.S. sheet after then M.S. pipe of 1.5^^ dia. fitted around M.S. flat on the sheet board and 0.5^^ dia M.S. pipe 4^ long welded in M.S. angle iron from two places at one side and two at other to complete the display board. Digging pit size 2^x2^x3^ and grouting above board with 1:2:4 cement, ballast, sand ratio and making plinth of size 1^x2^. Board shall duly painted by yellow color and equipment name board shall be written in black.
