Earth work open excavation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10 mts. within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Removal of excess excavated earth from the site and dumping away from the location.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of SRC cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade (Using SRC Cement)in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 400Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone sand (M- Sand) but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT bars (Fe 500) for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire for placing at all depths of excavation, complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel, binding wire and for bar bending)

Flooring with following plain ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing and fixing uPVC pipes (Soil and waste line) of required diameter conforming to I.S.-13592, and I.S.-4985 to withstand continous internal hydroulic pressure of 6 kg/cm2 including necessary fixtures and fittings, such as bends, tees, single junctions, double junctions and joining with rubber rings and lubricants, on wall by means of clips or in ground including necessary excavation, laying refilling, trench testing etc. complete. (Prior approval of sample and brand by Engineer in charge is necessary before use.)

Supplying & Fixing Stailess steel grill cover the surface including cutting,welding etc.,

Providing and fixing mild steel grill work for screening of wastewater as per drawing including fixtures, necessary welding and painting with one coat of zinc oxide and two coats of oil painting complete.(Ass per instruction of site engineer)

Providing 20 mm thick cement plaster in one coat in 1:4 cement (SRC Cement) mortar mixed with water proofing agent , including scaffolding and curing and also complying with standard specifications and instructions of the engineer in charge.

Supply delivery of natural Pebbles filter media for Filter bed operation & sedimentary bore well of spherical in shape and allow even distribution in support bed with good flow. The media should be double washed, screened, kiln dried and classified into various sizes to meet specification including all incidental charges, conveyance, loading & unloading etc., as directed by the TWAD Board officers.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of polycorbonate sheets with the following specification. The Sheet should be of embossed colour or any other approved design 2mm thick having width 1220mm. The sheet should be poycorbonate based to be fixed with shelf tapping screws, plastic washer. The Washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled without damaging the sheets etc.,
