Supplying and fixing underground smart bin system includes precast / cast-in-situ reinforcement cement concrete mix M 30 grade tank having waterproof good quality treatment closed construction having 2 Nos 1100 ltrs Garbage collection bins without lid, made of 1.6 mm mild steel duly hot galvanized and silver painted with four castor wheels suitable to lift through Hydraulic Operated bin lifter / compactor / (Mechanical system to lift ) system of refuse compactor, with complete vehicle GI scissor lifting system with upper and lower platform equipped with hydraulic hoses and quick release couplings. The upper and bottom ground platform structurally sound and strong enough shall be hot galvanized and made of minimum 3mm chequered MS sheet. The 2 Nos. of litter receiving / intake mouth of approximate size 630 x 900 / 1000 mm and with height of 900 mm from the ground shall be made of 1.5 mm matt finished stainless steel 304 grade sheet. The shape and design shall be customized as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Water proofing of the concrete tank shall be ensured to 100 % leak proof concrete tank of having leak proof thickness of the wall is 125 mm clear, internal dimension shall be 1480 x 2360 x 1939 mm as per good engineering practice including civil work, restoration / repair work of the location. The platform of bin mouths and surrounding RCC tank shall be water tight to avoid entering of water / filth / leaves etc and shall match at same level. Necessary modification on the hydraulic system on existing bin lifter / compactor and system shall be installed with a software solution for tracking the leveling of waste and installation should be vandalised/ tampered proof and rest of the technical specification and design shall be followed as per the special conditions given in NIT. All the work shall be executed as per the technical specification attached and to the entire satisfaction and instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete. The Complete system with Three year comprehensive maintenance. .
