Supply of 7mtr GI OCTAGONAL continuously tapered (Bottom and Top dia of the pole not less than 130mm & 70mm respectively) Street Light Pole including Single Arm bracket upto 750 mm and 1000mm length and 40 mm dia suitable for Wind Velocity as per IS 875, fabricated out of 3mm thick High Tensile Steel Sheet /Plate in single section with rigid flange plate (200x200x12mm Thick min.) welded with the base of pole for fixing on foundation bolts for installation on a precast foundation including supply of 4 Nos. of foundation bolt (M16x450mm) and providing weather proof and vandal resistant door flush with the exterior surface containing a terminal plate of 5mm thick backalite sheet with stud type connector, for connecting 1 LED light fittings and SP MCB 6A, provision for earthing etc., complete as reqired.

The diffuser shall be opal diffuser, electronic driver should be in built with life of 50000 hrs power factor ≥0.95 of the input voltage tolerance shall be 140-270 volt AC etc. complete as required as per technical specifications.

Supply and fixing metal box of 180mmx100mmx60mm.deep (nominal size)on surface or in recess with suitable size phenolic laminated sheet cover in the front including providing and fixing 3pin 15/6 amps socket outlet and 15/6 amps tumbler/piano type switch, connections, painting etc. as required (For power plugs).

Laying of DWC HDPE pipe/ GI Pipe direct in ground with depth 0.75 mtr below ground level in all type of soil/hard rock/gravel/bitumen road including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 35Sqmm in the existing RCC/ HUME/METAL/GI/HDPE/DWC pipe etc. complete as required.

Laying of One number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Upto 35 sq.mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq.mm ( clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 7 Mtr/8 Mtr.high G.I.Octogonal street light pole & single arm bracket with all accessories in M20 grade RCC foundation having nominal size 600mmx600mmx1700mm (or as per OEM standard which ever is better)in all type of soil/Hard rock / gravel including providing and fixing of template & 4 nos of 24mm X 750mm 'J' bolts ,nuts, washers etc. The job also includes providing and fixing of DWC HDPE pipe of size 50 mm dia (2 pieces of min. 0.75 m length) in the foundation for loop-in-loop-out of the cable , including fixing of LED luminaries providing 3C X 1.5 sq.mm flexible cable, cable termination, numbering the poles, excavation and refilling etc. complete as required.

ITC of LED luminaire fittings in the mounting assembly including accessories, providing suitable wiring, including wire termination etc. complete as required as per site requirement.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4C X 16 sq.mm

Laying of 50 mm dia GI pipe below 0.75 mtr, Across road including cutting bituminous road and re-filling with concrete/ bitumin as per direction of engineering -in-charge and making it to original finish etc complete as required.

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required. a) 2x2.5sq.mm+ 1x2.5 sq.mm earth wire

Wiring for light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed steel conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group C

Wiring for group controlled (looped) light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point (without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. Group C

Wiring for light/power plug with 2 x 4 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed steel conduit along with 1 No. 4 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. (but without charcoal/coke and Salt) as required.

Extra for using charcoal and salt for copper plate earth electrode as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40mm dia G.I pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation & refilling etc. as required. (at 0.5mtr below ground)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc.as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Dismantling of existing 8Mtr street light pole along with accessories etc complete as required as per the direction of EIC

Providing and laying earth connections from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with GI thimble excavation & refilling as required.( at 0.5mtr below ground)

Constructing masonry Chamber 200x120x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) , i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design bricks of class designation 7.5
