Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles. Complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition). Complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m depth and not exceeding 1.5m in width in any type of soil and getting out.

Returning filling in soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cum all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil not exceeding 50m and at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point and depositing all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with liquid ater proofing compound @ 0.40% of cement weight all as specified.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

M&L cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines of any type and any size 150/200mm internal at any depth incl manholes by removing the manholes covers of any type/size and cleaning means of hydraulic jet pressure machine as required at site from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning incl getting out sudge if any and liquid materals from connecting manholes deposting in sewer line removing the solid and sludge to any distance and rainstating the manhole cover to its original postion as directed by Engr-in-Chgarge.

M&L cleaning the blockage of bathroom/kitchen by cleaning the Nahani traps/gully traps of all the mud/slude and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of trap, CI waste pipes by opening the clearing eyes and deposting the sludge in a pit suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 meters from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit incl all excacations and earthwork complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Cleaning of blockage of WC indian or European type by removing of all the mud/sludge and getting out incl cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto First manhole and deposting the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance n'exc 50meters from the WC and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit incl all excavations and earth work complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the manhole cover (CI or RCC) , any type of manhole rectangular/circular and de-sludging/de-watering of septic tanks and soakage wells of any size and depth by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine by plugging inlets as required, making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge including carrying the effluene toutside the defence land in closed containers adn re-instating the manhole cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (the quoted rates includes for keeping the particular septic tank and soakage well undertaken once for de sludging/de-watering functional for full contract period).

In case of non attending complaints in same day, recovery @ Rs.250.00 per complaints will be recovered from contractor and in case of non deployment of SDA Mazdoor recovery @ Rs.500 per day per SDA Mazdoor shall be made from the contractor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.Nos of Mazdoor will be decided as per requirement of site and as per dirn of Engr in Charge only
