Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil, not exceeding 2 meters depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 30 Mtrs. (HSR 6.6)

Earth Filling under floors with surplus soil excavated from foundation and taken only from outside the building plinth, in 15 cm layers including ramming watering and consolidating lead up to 30 meters. Subject to condition soil Is non plastic. [HSR 6.13(a)].

Antitermite Treatment (using Aldrin) providing and injection chemical emulsion for pre- constructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filing junction of wall and floor, alongwith the external perimetre of building, expansion joints surrounding of pipes and conduite etc, complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured) Aldrin Embulsifiable concentrate (0.5%) (HSR-6.15) (a)

Providing and fixing mineral fibre False Ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595 X 595 mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance ?85%, Thermal Conductivity K = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt – 6 & 7) in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15X32mm of length 3000mm, cross T of size 15X32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600X600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanized @ 80gsm) 50m long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85X25X2mm, spaced at 1200mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. The system should rest on periphery walls / partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size 24X24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. Screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the Engineer – In – Charge. With or without groves .(HSR 13.92)

Providing & laying average 6mm thick POP coating on walls. Ceiling, beams and lintels etc. complete in all respects as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. (HSR 13.94)

Terracing consisting of 19mm thick heat resistant tiles for roof insulation,300mmx300mm laid on 20mm thick 1:3 cement coarse sand mortar including grouting with neat white cement over average 75mm thick screed of 1:8:16 including two coats of bitumen laid hot at 1.65kg per sqmt on top of RCC slab & cleaning of top surface (HSR 13.97)

(Excluding the cost of Granite, Granite will be supplied by the Department). (HSR 14.96).

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). [HSR 16.79 (b)].

Painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint on walls on new work to give an even shade. (HSR-16.30)

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty over plastered surface and grindling the surface smooth with sand paper to get an even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete. (Note:- reputed make Putty such as J.K./ Birla shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge). (HSR 16.81)

Teak wood chowkats of doors and windows including iron hold fasts, corner straps, screws, bolts for hold fasts, etc., complete fixed in position.(HSr-17.13)

Factory –manufactured panelled door shutters,of teak wood,kiln-seasoned, as per I.S.specification no.401,with 100 mm wide vertical styles, 150 mm wide lock rail, 200 mm wide bottom rail and 100 mm wide other rails, with panels of 12 mm thick veneered,particle board, or plywood of B.W.R.grade hot-pressed including the cost of iron hinges,screws,chocks/cleats,stops and nails etc., complete fixed in position (excluding the cost of any fittings, other than specified above but including labour for fixing the same in position). (b) panels of decorative plywood ,both sides teak-faced. (i) 30 mm thick (note:- in case brass hinges and screws are provided,instead of iron hinges and screws, the through rates of the above items shall be increased by Rs.44.20 per sqm. Wrought iron and mild steel (using angles, flats square bars, tees and channels) ladders, grills, gratting frames, window guards, iron doors openable or fixed stair case or parapet or any other type of railing, gates and tree guards etc., including cost of screws and welding rods or bolts and nuts complete fixed in position. (HSR 18.12).

Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 EQR / FE-500 D grade or more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate of RCC including straightening, bending, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete in all respects for all heights / depths / storeys / basements etc. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement. Stone work, plain in copings, cornices, string courses and plinth courses, upto 75 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade. Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) Red Sand Stone / Dholpur stone exposed face fine dressed with rough backing. (DSR 8.22)

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). (DSR 10.28)

Providing & Fixing pink Sand Stone 40 to 45 mm on RCC dome laid in any pattern as specified on 12 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone including rubbing and finishing complete in all respect.(NS)

Providing & Fixing pink Sand Stone 75 mm thick on sikhar 150 mm in width laid in any pattern and height as specified on 12 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone including rubbing and finishing complete in all respects (NS)
