Cement concrete (1:1½:3) bed blocks, sills, coping, lintels and pile caps

High strength deformed bars reinforcement (brought by the Contractor (Grade Fe -415)

Drilling 14mm dia minimum 300mm long (For 10mm bar) in existing RCC member cleaning the hole with blower and brushing, grouting the bars using HILTI-HY-150, dispenser and other equipment supported by HILTI or its equivalent

Black Madras or Cuddapah stone double machine polished (25mm to 40mm thick) flooring

10mm thick cement plaster in c.m. (1:4) with matt finish

Extra for 10 mm thick cement plaster using Readymix Mortar.

20mm thick cement plaster with matt finish by using Readymix Mortar.

Sand faced cement plaster (in two coats) by using Readymix mortar

Applying white cement putty (Birla white wall care putty or equivalent) of 1.5mm to 2.5mm thick with the help of putty blade in two coats (Levelling Ceiling)

Readymix Polymer modified mortar applied to the deteriorated concrete surfaces of RCC structural members viz. columns, beams and slabs including providing antirust treatment to the exposed reinforcement etc complete as per 'Special Specifications'.

Erecting scaffolding (materials shall be brought by the Contractor) for the structure upto a height of 10 M

Erecting scaffolding (materials shall be brought by the Contractor) for the structure upto a height of beyond 10 M and upto 15 M

Breaking plain or reinforced cement concrete including stacking serviceable materials neatly and carting away debris

Removing the existing plaster of any finish and of any thickness from walls, ceilings, terrace parapet wall internally and external plaster upto 3.0 M height from ground.

Providing and constructing Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block masonry of Aerocon or equivalent of size (100mm x600mm x 200mm) & Density 551 to650Kg/Cum confirming to IS 2185 (part3) 1984 in extra fine jointing mortar of Silco Plast or equivalent including striking joints, raking out joints &scaffolding etc, complete as directed by the Engineer.
