Cordoning off the area for repairs so that unauthorized manmovement is restricted in the area under repairs upto 2.0 mtr height using GI Sheets or steel posts temporarily with all warning signs, maintaining the same till completion of work and removing the same after the completion of activity including cleaning of dust, debris removing to other side of the barricade on daily basis. Complete including all necessary fitting as per specifications /instructions of the consultation.

Supporting the structural element temporarily using heavy duty flat headed steel props of minimum capacity 3 Ton and having height of upto 16 ft erected vertically in plumb, braced horizontally at centre / diagonally with each others using 40 Nb steel pipes and supporting a continuous 4” x 3” wooden runner just below the structural element, resting on wooden block to support the structure provisionally during repair and jacketing etc. and maintaining them in position till required as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and erecting triple layered safety net of 75 mm. x 75 mm. x 12 size,made out of nylon/ Polypropylene/polyethylene rope as per IS 5175:1992 mesh cord position protective layer of 6 mm thk. HDPE cellular foam sheet to catch personal and debris and keeping the same during the period of work and including dismantling and taking away after completion of the work and use for maximum opening at 1st floor level or one level below working floor area including supporting the same with 40 nb MS pipes as and where required to prevent the debris falling on ground and periodically cleaning of the fallen debris from net during progress of work and maintaining the same during the entire period of work.

Providing and erecting at site self supported two legged B class tubular steel scaffolding to reach any place of work on external face as well as internal areas so as to reach elements of building, including proper leveling using base jacks, minimum 1 mtr wide working platform at every 2 mtr level, approaches, extension, stepped MS ladders, so as to reach all levels upto height of 45 mtr or as per site requirement, lifting tackle for men and materials, supporting stubs for scaffolding including anchoring on walls and restoring the same after removal, anchoring, etc. all complete, dismantling and taking away all materials after completion of proposed work etc. all complete. (Measurement : Lavational area of scaffold erected for every two legs).

M&L for preparation of newly plastered brick/concrete applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified.

Examining concrete by tapping with light hammer and marking of the loose concrete areas of structural elements in straight line geometrical forms, grooving the edges same with grinder up to 5 - 10 mm depth without damaging existing rebars, carefully removing carbonated concrete around the rebars up to 10 mm depth by low impact high frequency hammer/chipper without damaging the sound concrete, in detailed methodology, daily cleaning and stacking of debris at prescribed location complete as directed by Engineer-in - charge.

Drilling Holes of 12mm dia, upto 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 300 to 500mm in staggered manner or along the crack as directed by the Engr-in-charge in RC structural element including Cleaning of the holes by air blower and Inserting 12mm dia. Teflon nozzles compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing and allow to cure the system for min.8 hrs before grouting including removing nozzle projections, excess putty if any over concrete element grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc complete. (c) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with “Dr Fixit Bath seal Tape” and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout “Dr Fixit Bath seal Grout” or eqvt. Nahani traps etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grounted in the same manner.

(d) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating “Dr Fixit Bath seal Plus” or eqvt on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely.

(e) In the remaining area, in dry substrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first is dry. Extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFL. Above FFL, another cementitious waterproofing waterproof coating “Dr Fixit Pidifin 2 K” or eqvt can be further applied right upto 2.1 m to waterproof the shower area also, if it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annex and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely.

(f) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed 1:3:6 type B0 mixed with integral WPC (Liquid) laid to slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. Provide 40 mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300 mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2.

(g) After completing plumbing work in the toilet/WC/Bath/Kitchen floor, tiling work (floor and dado) can be carried out using suitable Tile Adhesives and ready to make tile grouts of approved makes such as Dr Fixit, FOSROC, SIKA etc.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, with using liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50 kg bag of cement or as per manufracture's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
