ANNUAL MAINTENANCE WORK OF AIR CONDITIONERS : Annual maintenance work for following types of air conditioners which includes two preventive services as per prescribed format and schedule, Free of cost supply and fixing of any required spare parts/material (Including Compressor) and any repairing work related to breakdown maintenance of air conditioner in order to maintain the air conditioner properly functional throughout the contract period and complete as required Note: Air Conditioners as per Sr. No. 1.01 to 1.03 are more than Seven Years old and Air Condiioners as per Sr. No. 1.04 to 1.05 are more than 03 years old

CASSETTE TYPE AIR CONDITIONER (Fixed Speed), Cooling capacity: 4.0 TR (Make: Blue Star)

HI WALL SPLIT AC (Fixed Speed), Cooling capacity: 1.5 TR (Make: HITACHI, DAIKIN, VOLTAS, LG)

WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER (Fixed Speed), Cooling Capacity: 1.5TR (Make: HITACHI)

CASSETTE TYPE AIR CONDITIONER (Fixed Speed), Cooling capacity: 2.0 TR (Make: DAIKIN)

ADDITIONAL GAS CHARGING: Supply of refrigerant gas and Gas charging work in SPLIT/CASSETTE type air conditioners as per required quantity & Pressure as per standard operating procedure related for gas charging work and complete as required

DUAL SECTION MPP RUNNING CAPACITOR: Supply and fixing of brand new dual section MPP running capacitor (Reference Standard :IS 2993/IEC 252), Burst Proof, DAT series, Three Output terminals marked with H, F & C) with cylindrical aluminium can construction of following capacity to the compressor fitted in outdoor unit assembly of air conditioner including removing of defective capacitor and required wiring connections for newly replaced capacitor along with other accessories as per standard procedure and complete testing of the same, complete as required

REPAIRING OF PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD (PCB) ASSEMBLY OF AIR CONDITIONERS: Repairing of defective printed circuit board assembly fitted in Indoor/Outdoor unit of HI WALL SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER (FIXED SPEED), Cooling capacity: 1.5/2.0 TR, Make:LG/Daikin/Hitachi air conditioners including dismantling of old defective PCB and refixing of the same after completion of repairing work along with any other accessories such as room temperature and coil temperature sensor, PCB transformer, Display Kit etc (if required), wiring connections of PCB and testing of PCB assembly to make it properly functional, complete as required

THERMAL INSULATION SLEEVE: Supply and fixing of elastomeric nitrile rubber thermal insulation sleeve (preformed pipe section), Class- 0 of Inner dia. and thickness as given below, over existing Indoor-Outdoor copper refrigerant pipe connection of air conditioner as per the instructions of Engineer, CSIR-NEERI, Nagpur. Make: Any reputed make with prior approval of engineer CSIR-NEERI.

DISMANTLING OF AIR CONDITIONER: Dismantling of Hi Wall Split air Conditioners, Cooling Capacity: 1.5/2.0 TR as per standard pracitice recommanded by the Air conditioner manufacturer includes required pump down operation, dismantling of Indoor-Outdoor unit, complete copper piping and electrical wiring, Base plate of ID Unit and mounting stand of OD unit, Shifting of dismantled material as per instructions of Engineer, CSIR-NEERI, at any location of institute premises.
