Supply of bi-directional inset type high intensity runway edge light fitting for runway edge lightings including one no amber filter/amber coloured prism at one side and white on other side as per ICAO aviation visual aids requirements complete with shallow base and matching body of the fitting, inner body and outer cover made of dia cast aluminium complete with 3 nos 105 Watts, 6.6 amps pre-focused reflector halogen lamp with connected heat resistant accessories (one no as spare), prism assembly, optical assembly, 'O' ring seal, pressure relief test plug, clear lenses and all standard hardware and accessories ready for site installation etc complete as required as per below requirement 1 nos suitable for installation on the left of the rwy centerline (refer technical specification)

Supply of bidirectional inset type high intensity runway threshold cum end light fitting including green filters/green coloured prisms for runway threshold lightings and red filters/red coloured prisms for runway end lightings as per ICAO aviation visual aids requirements complete with shallow base and matching body of the fitting, inner body and outer cover made of dia cast aluminium complete with 5 nos of 105 Watts, 6.6 amps pre-focused reflector halogen lamp with connected heat resistant accessories (two lamp as spare), prism assembly, optical assembly, 'O' ring seal, pressure relief test plug, clear lenses and all standard hardware and accessories ready for site installation etc complete as required as per below requirement: 6 nos suitable for installation on the left of the rwy centerline (refer technical specification) and 6 Nos suitable for installation on the right of runway centerline (refer technical specification)

Supply of following coloured filters/coloured prisms as per OEMs standard suitable to use as spares for the inset light fixture mentioned in item no 1 to 3 with all standard hardware and accessories ready for site installation etc complete as required. - Amber colour

Installation of inset light fittings (mentioned in item no 1, 2 & 3) including fixing of inset light housing box in the concrete runway by core cutting the runway with suitable core cutting machine tool for the required size for fixing the inset housing box, alignment of the box to match the runway surface, fixing it using cement concrete / quick setting sealant compounds, supply and fixing of factory made two pin secondary plug assembly on one side of the secondary lead for connecting to isolation transformer and receptacle assembly on other side for connecting to inset light fitting, making all electrical connections, fixing the inset light fixture to the box, making good the runway to the original shape and strength, testing and commissioning of the whole inset fittings etc complete as required.

Installation of inset light fittings (mentioned in item no 1, 2 & 3) including fixing of inset housing box on concrete runway on removed inset fitting location, alignment of box to match the runway surface, fixing it using cement concrete / quick setting sealant compounds, supply and fixing of factory made two pin secondary plug assembly on one side of the secondary lead for connecting to isolation transformer and receptacle assembly on other for connecting to inset light fitting, making all electrical connections, fixing the inset light fixture to the box, making good the runway to the original shape and strength, testing and commissioning of the whole inset fittings etc complete as required.

Supply of 5 KV grade 50Hz series type isolating transformers following capacity and type of fittings/lamp lights encapsulated in polyester resin finally mould in neoprene type rubber with primary & secondary connections and ready to install etc. complete as required. - 200 watts 20/6.6 amps suitable for 2 x 105W runway inset type threshold fittings

Supply of 5 KV grade 50Hz series type isolating transformers following capacity and type of fittings/lamp lights encapsulated in polyester resin finally mould in neoprene type rubber with primary & secondary connections and ready to install etc. complete as required. - 300 Watts 20/6.6 Amps suitable for 3 x 105W runway inset type threshold cum end fittings

Supply of 1.1 KV grade EPR insulated PCP/TPE sheathed secondary lead airfield lighting cable of size 2 x 2.5 Sq.mm having multistranded tinned copper conductor and colour coded core for connecting between isolation transformer and Inset light fitting complete as required.

Supply of 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type-I class "B" connector suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade of 16 Sq.mm PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core copper conductor cable conforming to the relevant ISI specification etc. complete as required.

Making field connections by crimping 6/16.sq.mm plug and receptacle with the existing 6/16 sq.mm single core airfield cable including filling the gap with water sealant material, covering with HT insulation tape over which PVC tape is to be wound etc., complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 25mm size ISI marked B class GI pipe and accessories for taking secondary lead wire from inset fittings to the transformer housing box installed outside the runway shoulder by chase cutting the concrete runway with suitable chase cutting tools at a required depth to match the cable entry hole of inset housing box and width to accommodate the pipe including smooth bending of pipe as per requirement, chipping the slot, alignment and fixing the pipe including connecting to inset light shallow box using coupling/connectors etc as per requirement, closing the slot with cement concrete and other quick setting sealant materials to match the existing runway level, removal of the debris from the site, etc complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 25mm size ISI marked B class GI pipe and accessories including excavation of earth at suitable depth and width to accommodate the 25mm GI pipe coming from the inset light fixture, connecting the other end to the isolation transformer box provided for inset light, removing of existing GI pipes if any, refilling the excavated portion after fixing the pipe, ramming and leveling of excavated area etc complete as required.

Removal of inset light fittings including shallow housing box from different locations in runway/operational area including dismantling of all round concrete foundation of housing box, refilling of excavated concrete runway portion with cement concrete and or suitable quick setting sealant upto existing level of runway and matching with runway surface, making good the runway to the original shape and strength, removal of all the debris from site, transportation of whole fittings to AAI store, stacking etc. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge complete as required.

Removal of inset light fittings including shallow housing box from different locations in runway/taxiway/edge area including dismantling of all round concrete foundation of housing box, removal of all the debris from site, transportation of fittings to AAI store, stacking etc. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge complete as required.

Removal of old isolation transformer housing boxes from different locations in runway/taxiway/edge area after dismantling of all round concrete foundation, refilling of excavated concrete runway portion with cement concrete and or suitable quick setting sealant upto existing level of runway and matching with runway surface, making good the runway to the original shape and strength, removal of all the debris from site, transportation of fittings to AAI store, stacking etc. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge complete as required.

Removal of old isolation transformer housing boxes from different locations in runway/taxiway/edge area including dismantling all round concrete, removal of housing box after disconnecting and removing all electrical connections, cutting the housing box up to the required depth to accommodate collars, repositioning the housing box and collar in the earlier position, alignment so that top of collars including dummy pate matches with the runway surface, fixing the housing box and collar in the runway shoulder including refilling of whole excavated concrete and or quick setting sealant smoothening the top of collar to match with the runway surface, making good the runway to the original shape and strength, making all electrical connections, testing and commissioning of electrical circuit, removal of all the debris from site, as per the direction of Engineer in Charge complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC/ XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing HDPE/RCC/HUME/ STONEWARE/METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sqmm

Numbering / nomenclature using stencil the existing runway / taxiway / turning pad / isolation bay / apron edge light fitting after providing a round back ground with runway yellow enamel paint and stenciling with black enamel paint on it etc. completed as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge
