Material and labour for replacing the following unserviceable parts of CHAIR DINING FD-16/228/279 with new parts made out of first class hard wood (Teak Wood) dimension, size, pattern of the parts shall be same as the existing type all as shown on drawing/specification and applying french polish one or more coats, finish shall be uniform texture and high gloss to match with the existing surfaces including preparation of surfaces with sand paper, levelling the surfaces with filler material like bees wax, chalk powder etc., mixed with polish complete all as specified and as directed

Replacing of rear leg of size 55 x 30mm 890mm.

Replacing of front legs size 55x30mmx460mm.

Replacing of side rails of seat frame size 30x65mmx430mm long.

Material and labour for replacing the following unserviceable parts of CHAIR WRITING FD-250/280 with new parts made out of first class hard wood (Teak Wood) dimension, size, pattern of the parts shall be same as the existing type all as shown on drawing/specification and applying french polish one or more coats, finish shall be uniform texture and high gloss to match with the existing surfaces including preparation of surfaces with sand paper, levelling the surfaces with filler material like bees wax, chalk powder etc., mixed with polish complete all as specified and as directed

Replacing of front legs of size 30x55mm, 460mm long.

Replacing of side rails/back rails of seat frame of size 30x65mm, 470mm long.

Replacing of front rails of seat frame of size 30x65mm, 535mm long.

Material and labour for replacing the following unserviceable parts of CHAIR EASY FD-17/229 with new parts made out of first class hard wood (Teak Wood) dimension, size, pattern of the parts shall be same as the existing type all as shown on drawing/specification and applying french polish one or more coats, finish shall be uniform texture and high gloss to match with the existing surfaces including preparation of surfaces with sand paper, levelling the surfaces with filler material like bees wax, chalk powder etc., mixed with polish complete all as specified and as directed

Replacing of rear legs of size 55x25x300mm long.

Replacing of front legs of size 55x25x300mm long

Replacing of side rails of seat frame of size 70x40mmX300mm long.

Replacing of had rest of size 65 x25mmx610mm long

(e) S & Fixed in repairs new mirror 5 mm thick for Table dressing ladies of approved make with complete frame back all as specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(f) replacing of leg assembly to Bed Hard complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

IV SOFA SET 4/5 SEATER FD-281/373

(a) Removing the existing unserviceable cloth tapestry from sofa set 4/5 seater (FD-281/373) and supply and fix new cloth tapestry of approved quality and stitching to the required shape with one side chain and design of foam rubber cushion and fixing to the sofa all as directed by Engineer in Charge. The tapestry cloth got approved by Engineer in Charge.

(b) Removing the existing unserviceable foam rubber of size 100mmx525mmx550mm from sofaset 5/4 seater (FD-373/281) and provide 32/40 density of fome rubber cushion of sizes 100mmx525mmx550mm foam rubber and prefixed to the sofa as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removing unserviceable ply wood from wooden charpoy and supply and fix 2000 mm x 900 mm x 12 mm thick plywood BWR grade( IS: 710) as approved including fixing plywood with screws, nuts and bolts with washers of required size complete all as directed.

CANING OF REPAIRED FURNITURE

Re - Caning of furniture such as chair of seats/backs with 1.8x0.46 mm plastic cane of approved quality with bordering of 3 x 0.6 mm width plastic cane all alongwith the frame (as ordered).

POLISHING Material & labour for French polishing of furniture surfaces of any description of width & girth duly prepared the surfaces and sand papering and removing the stains and rectifying cracks and dents with filling materials like bees wax, raw-zina. Chalk powder etc. mixed with polish, finish shall be uniform texture and highly glossy for the following items (undersides/hidden portion of furniture not to exposed to direct vision need not to be polished)
