Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 60x120cm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, full body vitrified tiles (60*120 cm) shade S&P Crema MATT/S&P Pastel Brown Finish of Johnson Marbonite ot it equivalent, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads, lifts and other incidential charges.

Providing and fixing Smooth Matt none woven Wallpaper of Mashalls India ( Design no FNZ 303) or its equivalent on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade, after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of ail grease, dirt, loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Pre finished Granite nosing 5 cm wide Alaska white/Kashmiri Gold Grnaite moulding on Top finished with 2.5 cm thick round nosing of Polished Granite stone complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level (i) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads, lifts and other incidential charges.

Foe lalleafts, complete as per dierection of Engineer- in Charge.according to the CPWD specification and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site including prescribed dumping charges to be arranged by the contractor himself to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work wise mechanical means and labour (if required) all useful material such as stones,shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the meximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used/removed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts in all respect including all incidental charges:- All kinds of soil..
