Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and menure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel, other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) Removal of garden waste by TATA 407 or equivalent including loading/unloading and carriage upto 1 km lead, complete disposal upto designated place as per direction of officer-in-charge. (Qty for 36 month & 10 trip one month = 360 trip) 2.60 DSR. 2020 (397.55x0.90=357.79x111/100 = 397.15)

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacking will be reduced by 8% for payment). 2.25/D.S.R. 2020 (247.50 x 0.90 = 222.75 x 111/100 = 247.25)
