Providing designation 75A one Brick Flat Soling joints with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification & direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing TMT reinforcement of following dia rods as per approved design and drawing including carriage of M.S. rods of (Straight or in coils) to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire removal of rust placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. 8 mm dia (40% of total reinforcement)

Earth filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed, fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation foundation trenches within a lead of 50M and lift of 1.5M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

Providing designation 100 A brick work with fly ash lime brick (FLAG) confirming to IS 12894-1990 (9"x 4.5" x 3") in C.M. (1:6) in super structure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10 mm thick mortar joints cost of screening materials raking out joints to 15 mm depth, curing taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) with with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 and including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete.size of (50x75x6mm)

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. 16.18.1 With G.I. barbed wire

Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. grill gate made of 20x6mm M.S.flat as per apporoved design and drawing properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth, carriage og grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/I, (where materials is not supplied by the deptt.) Enterance Gate @ 45 kg per Sqm

Providing primer one coat of red lead paint of approved make over steel surface including preparing the surface after cleaning removing dirt, scales, grease and sand papering, including cost of scaffolding etc. all complete as per building specification direction of E/I.

Providing 2 coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved shade and make over steel surface grills & railings including cleaning the surface thoroughly scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
